My name is Sergiy Yegorov. On March 21, 2018 I have booked a car on the site cartrawler.com, my booking number IT927780680. I am sure that during the booking process I choose the "Intermediate / Standard" car with 5 doors, but in the confirmation I realized that I have booked the car "Audi A3 or similar with 3 doors". I am going to travel with my family, we are 3 adults, so for us the car with 3 doors is not appropriate. Immediately after the booking I sent the request via the site with purpose to clarify the details of the car and in case of necessity to upgrade. Unfortunately during 5 (!) days I havn't received the answer. I am very disappointed with such service, so I decided to cancell my booking. Now I see that the booking is cancelled, but I don't have any informationm regarding the payment back my deposit in the amount EUR 25. Because my booking was with free cancellation I require to pay my money back to my credit card.
Please provide me with the statement regarding the settlements for my booking to my e-mail [protected]@ukr.net.

Cartrawler is the worse SCAM ever.
They give you the wrong booking and refuse to refund you.
If you see the word Cartrawler anywhere in your emails, including the @ email address in the from box, run like the plague
