I ordered a dress from this online seller for $121.00. The company took $163.00 from my credit card. I argued about the charge, and requested a refund. They reply promptly but come up with excuses as to why they cannot help. Then they sent me a rag instead of the dress. Of course, there is no return address, they will not provide the return address, and they will not refund money. Be very careful where you see this email address: [protected]@promt-reply.com.
They are scammers.

Stay away from emergency.com as well; "estelle" also works there. Gives a tracking # that while it shows it was hand delivered to someone at my home, it was not. Back and forth emails for several months. Same story telling me to check with my post office. All a bunch of crap. They are scammers working under several different aliases and need to be stopped. Gratefully I only lost $51.00.
Filed report with Postal Inspector hoping the more that do the company will be investigated and shut down for fraud with is a federal offense.
They stole money. estelle@promt-reply.com take twice your payment. You receive something but not what you bought. Carefull, they have many site. If its promt-reply.com, do not buy. estelle@promt-reply.com is not valid anymore. They change often. I did not check on the web before...big error.
