I have worked in the company for a long time but the Managing Director was never supportive and occasionally abused me without any reason. He used to threaten me of dire consequences and to throw me out of the job but despite of that I had to stay quiet as I had no option. The salary during my entire tenure was hardly received on time and the company's balance sheet shows more liabilities instead of profits. Our company's Managing Director, Mr. Lalit Mattu has a very pleasing personality but is very diplomatic and is very arrogant. He generally performs consortium with overseas clients and later dupe them by convincing them to make investments in his projects. He has an unstable mind and fluctuates every now and than which is a very unprofessional of a Managing Director.
Mr. Mattu had last year thrown me out of his company without serving any notice and I am still awaiting for my dues to get settled. Despite of writing to him a number of times, he has failed to clear my dues. I would appreciate if someone can suggest me how to take legal action and settle this issue at the earliest.
It's disheartening to learn that such kind of employers are enjoying at the cost of their employees and still leave no chance to exploit them. Did you file a case in labour court? The government has strict norms and I am sure that you will get a speedy resolution. I would advice you to hire a lawyer who has thorough knowledge of labour laws but first speak to your Managing Director for all your clearances. If he agrees to settle down there is no point to go to the court. All the best.
