I bought a Dymo printer to print postage through Endicia (Dymo and Endicia
are Rubbermaid companies). I activated the account in 2009 and have been
using it since then. Dymo/Endicia closed my postage account without
warning and without my permission. I gave them the address they can send
the refund check for the printer, unused postage on my account, and the unused
labels I just bought. Endicia refused. They cannot refuse me
service and deny me a refund. This company is scamming customers, and I
would not recommend their products or services.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Check out the complaints against Endicia on the BBB website before you consider doing business with these CROOKS. The refund they promised never came.
Endicia screwed me over during the switch from Dymo to Endicia. I closed the account and asked for a refund of the money that was still in my account over a month ago and they still haven't sent it to me. There ought to be a class action suit brought against these crooks.
We tried multiple times to close this account and we have been blocked by their customer service.
Our password was inactivated but the bills kept coming.
This is a scam!
