Edit24-7 review: Editing services 2

Respectfully, I am submitting my response to the complaint posted April 28, 2017, by John984782. Sir, in all honesty, I am a terrible writer. Like myself and many other U.S. military veteran, I served my country overseas, and as a result, I am presently suffering from medical conditions related to PTST, anxiety, and survivors guilt. Over the past three years, I attended classes online at American Military University and several other institutions of higher learning. In this respect, I am posting a response defending Edit24-7, because it is an organization that many veterans like myself depend on for editorial services. As such, your posting above John984782, I find it to be very disconcerting and false. Residing in the State of Colorado, there are no agencies in the area that provides the type of services that Edit24-7 gives to many retiring military veterans at such an affordable rate. Enclosing, I really think that you owe Mr. Michael Price the managing director at Edit24-7 an apology. I can only submit my disdain for your post that was submitted on April 28, 2017. However, in the end, you have to think about the maliciousness intent of your actions, and how it may negatively impact the perception of perspective customers in need of editorial services. This complaint is not an honest review. We had an applicant for an editor position who sent an email full of proofreading and editing mistakes. I pointed out many of the mistakes to explain why I declined to proceed with an application. The applicant was furious and responded with profanity and threats. A few minutes later, this complaint appeared. In over three years in business and over 5000 projects, we have never missed a deadline. I have never had to speak to a customer about slow service because we have never provided slow service. --Michael
