Ecare It Mobile Services review: Replace my iphone motherboard and fix broken board

My iphone 5s has shutdown and not starting and given the same to ecare apple authorized service provider and he changed my motherboard and fix it broken one and said it has to be replaced . When i checked outside that device found that broken motherboad is not mine, imei number not matching .. Please suggest the solution and advice what should i do against of this type of repair center ..
