How can a Disney on Ice show be canceled due to inclement weather and then they give you 2 weeks to get your refund. Why is there a time limit and where does it state these rules? Good money was paid in advance and should be returned in good faith. Those tickets are not cheap by any means. I won't be using Ticketmaster anymore. Too risky for me.

I took my grand kids April 9th to see Disney on Ice, In Jackonville, FL. I bought a 24.00 light which is way more than its worth, When I got home and later checking my bank account they charged me 30.00 dollars for that light. This place is a rip off. Everyone better be checking what you signing for cause they are charge way over than what the selling price is. If anyone has a Phone number for this company so I can file a complaint against them I would surely appreciate it. If they over charge everyone 6.00 or more dollars they are making a killing on the community and that is so wrong!
BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY!
Thank you

I had `16 tickets for Disney on Ice for Jan 25, 2014. We were under snow emergency, with an orange alert. (for those who don't know, an orange alert means you are not allowed on the roads except to go to work, ) I was told there may be a way to get a refund, or tickets for another show as replacement for these. This is a lot of money to lose & 12 very disappointed grandchildren.

My family and I attended the show at the Verizon Center and were highly disappointed when Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen were not displayed during the Prince/Princess segment. How RUDE and Prejudice of Disney. Disney clearly does not care about African American viewers and ticket purchasers. Would it have really hurt to have Princess Tiana on ice? Disney really should stop being so narrowed minded. Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen would have completed the princess pack. Kids of all colors like Princess Tiana--get a grip Disney. I feel it’s only fair the Prince/Princess part of the show is cut if you are not going to cater to each race/ethnic groups. Get Tiana and her Prince on the DAMN ice. As a result of your insensitive actions, I did not purchase any souvenirs and persuaded others not to purchase also. When asked about the show, I gave the very comment you are reading. Think outside the box Disney—it’s 2012. Our world is filled with all colors, shapes and sizes. SPorter

I am disgusted with Disney on Ice due to the fact that they rip you off for food and drinks. I wanted to buy lemon aid for my two kids. Those 2 drinks cost me $20.00. And a tub of popcorn was another $10.00 They know you will pay it because the kids will cry if you dont. I think this is out of control and will not be attending another show. The tix were expensive enough but then to rip me off buying a few refreshments it just not right. Disney has lost sight of reality! Thanks Bill R
