Regarding Direct Savings Solutions [protected]-1351
I am wanting to CANCELend my membership (received a letter on 4/17/2014 that for any reason, that Direct Savings Solutions is not 100% perfect to me, simply cancel it - my monthly membership fee will start after free-trail) with savings solution because I have no idea how I got it and I do not want anything they are selling. My income is variable and very low therefore, I can not afford to pay for it. Please do not use my credit card # and lets not get into the situation that I will have to report it to the Better Business.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They took down my wrong email, and I never received the materials. When I called them, they refused to send me another link, and would only mail one through the post. I received it one day before I would start being charged, and they would not refund the fees to set it up!
