Resolved
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Account # 4240,
Recently, DIcentral increased their monthly " Maintanenace and other fixed charges fee" from $15.00 per month to $35.00 per month with no advanced notice or detailed explanation for that specific increase.
Well over a 100 % price increase!
Also, a monthly "Service Fee" of $ 30.00 is also applied to our account every month.
Several E-mail's have been sent seeking a detailed explanation and reduction of the " Maintanenace and other fixed charges fee" fee cost with no resolution to-date.
One person responded, advised I would be called back, but they never called.

Repeat E-Mail's have not been answered.

Resolved

DIcentral has resolved my complaint, They issued a credit. Harold

RUDE... i as to update records over a year ago and they are telling me unless a person that has not worked here in over a year calls them they will not cancel their service. i requested with a cc email three times for them to do so.
they only want a check. they do not like to deal with people and keep sloppy records. RUN RUN RUN...
