Dr. Cutts does inferior work and if you pay upfront, he won't return your money on services he has yet to do. Thousands of dollars I am out because I don't want him to work on my teeth any further. My first visit was on a special offer no obligation private consultation with a full examination, 3 free x-rays and all your questions answered(which by the was he does charge you for). It sounded good. He talked me into a 5% discount if I paid upfront (over $7000). Ok, I'm all for saving money. My dental work would be performed over a 6-9 month period because it was for implants mostly. When I went back for my 2nd visit I was sedated for the work for that appointment. When I went for my follow up and to schedule more appointments I told him I had concerns about the work he did.
He just basically laughed it off and make stupid jokes. I could tell he wasn't taking me serious. It wasn't until after the 3rd visit when I saw my mouth and what he had done that I cried. I won't go back and he refuses to return money I paid in advance for services he won't be doing. So I will be making payments on that $7000 plus interest for years to come meanwhile it's hard to put food on the table and I would not smile even if I had something to smile about.
I'm so embarrased about what Dr. Cutts had done to me and my mouth. I just hide and try to avoid contact with people. Please god don't let him do to anyone else what he has done to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cutts for a few years now and would recommend him. He has done excellent work on .bonding my teeth and implants
PLEASE BEWARE! This man is dishonest! We paid to have a root canal and crown done on my child and his work was subpar at best. We had to go back 2 times for repair and replacement which he would not cover. He does not stand by his work! He gave me a warranty on his work and then would not honor it. He is arrogant and condescending. I ended up having to find another dentist to fix his poor work and pay double the money. Tried to work things out with him and he could care less after he was paid. What a disappointment. Shame on you Dr. Cutts!

Dr. David Cutts SUCKS! Do NOT go to this dentist especially for dental implants. He is not qualified and most certainly will err or your mouth. He owes me a refund, and I feel I was scammed out of $10, 000. What kind of man is this! Who can take a person's money that way and feel no remorse whatsoever. He did severe damage to my mouth and left me with an additional $7, 000 bill to the new dentist and surgeon who have to fix his mistakes. Is there any attorney out there who wants this case? I'm sure once this door is open, more will follow and you can have yourself a field day suing this man.
