Customerstatus.comEmail for returning product - no indication of who/what or why

I just got an email from customerstatus.com. It started with

"Thank you for contacting customer service regarding your return"

I did not contact them... really there is NO WAY to contact them. The email did not say what product, what store, how much it was worth, any order ID or anything at all. You couldn't respond to the email and there were no links (always check the link before going to it or manually enter it into the browser) to any website. Absolutely no way to know what/why/who or anything. The only thing was an attached image, which had an address on it for a Starbucks in Meriden Connecticut. WTF? The best thing I can assume is that it was phishing.
