We recently lost a family member and when making funeral arrangements we chose cook-walden our family has used them for the past 50 years..needless to say they have made a lot of money of the family...we informed the consultant that our loved one had a policy for expenses...and not to add additional things that our 85 year old surving family member could not afford...by the time the funeral was set...cook walden managed to con...this elderly person out of another $7400... for un necessary and un-needed extras...older people when grieving a loss in death...are easy to take advantage of...and that's exactly what these ###S did...well this ends the family relationship with cook-walden and if you are considering them (Austinites) check out their feedback page...buyer beware... I am not the only one that feels this way..NEVER EVER allow your elderly family members to be conned when dealing with this company..
