We were approached by mr James smith to go mine copper in the Congo. Contract were signed and all was well until we got there. We could not start mining as two did not bring the washing plant well at least this is what James said to us. Everything started going bad for James two months ago as all investors pulled back this is also what he told us. For eight months we received no payment always being promised next week next week. .James has now stolen all our equipment including tlb x2, one 20ton Volvo excavator, one D16shantui dozer three trucks and the lowed trailer. All investors beware he owns no legal companies, he will tell you that his partners are billionaires and his wife assists him saying that she is employed by them. He has lost majority of his shares in the mine and is trying to get new investors telling them that our machines are his. He also has another company called ghansa investments, port and shipping supplies so beware before investing with him, he is a crook and desperate.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Gustav Fourie are claiming James Smith owns no legal companies, I am a Director of Ghansa Investments in Ghana & I have the Company Registration documents in my posession, Gustav Fourie are making claims of unlawfull statements and i am taking further legal actions againts Mr. Fourie for the Implementation of Ghansa Investments in his own matters "BREACH of CONTRACT" with Mr. Smith, Mr. Smith has all legal documentation & an Interpol Report to prove that Mr. Fourie has BREACHED HIS CONTRACT with Mr. Smith.
PROMEP PLANT HIRE is in "BREACH of CONTRACT" in their contract with the client in the DRC.Four court hearings was given to Gustav Fourie from PROMEP PLANT HIRE and not one of the court hearings was attended by Gustav Fourie and also no excuse was ever presented to the civil court in Lubumbashi.The equipment was never stoled but kept by the client as guarantee for money that PROMEP PLANT HIRE owes the client.Also, all equipment is invoiced to the client while the equipment still belongs to the banks in South Africa.PROMEP PLANT HIRE is currently operating with the equipment after using armed military soldiers in the DRC to confiscate the equipment from the clients's premisses.
