Absolutely the worst of its kind. I'm in a condominium building managed by them in downtown Calgary - Poor management at all levels, e.g. pool/sauna inadequately maintained, rude untrained staff who know nothing about 'bylaws' only to use them to threaten tenants and to impose fines, No/overnight notice on domestic water shutdowns, dirty common areas, halting renovations half way through for almost 1 year(still 'in progress'), facilities severely worn without repairs or replacement, just to name a few. Absolutely avoid if possible!

Condominium First is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have had a condo with them for 3 years and still do not have a parking stall. I get ignored by all of the staff and they are very rude. Every person there is rude and will go out of their way to ignore you. EVERYONE IF YOU SEE THE NAME CONDOMINIUM FIRST, STAY AWAY!

I love it when they give notices about any parkade repairs or cleaning and everyone scrambles to get out and find parking only to come home and find that they have changed the dates.

I also love how they send you letters that you owe them money for parking tickets and when you ask them for the evidence they will not provide it or cannot provide it. And they threaten to send it to the Calgary parking authority. I called the parking authority and they said they don't deal with private property and if a ticket was not issued they will not resolve any conflicts.

Someone got drunk and deficated in the common area, called the after hours emergency and they refused to deal with it until the weekend was over. Talk about a health violation. Even then it took them over two days to barely clean it up. The hallway stank for days.

The building has been around for almost 3 years and a lot of the owners still aren't included on the door buzzer.
I am thoroughly unhappy with their level service. You cannot get ahold of anyone when you need them unless you threaten to sue. If you get through before you threaten to sue they take forever to resolve your issues.
