My name is Bruce Godwin. I am the President of Williams Babbit & Weisman, Inc. It is true that I currently sit on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). I am also the Chair-Elect of the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA). The complaint for non-payment is completely erroneous and was most likely posted by a disgruntled ex-employee, debtor or competitor. I find it odd that the complaintant posted this anonymously with no way to contact them to verify or correct. To obtain the truth about this false complaint anyone may the compliance officer for the CCAA who is Emil Hartleb and may be reached at [protected]. Further to that we have multiple surety bonds in place that would more than cover any non-payment. One of those bonds alone is $500, 000.00. If anyone were to have a claim they would merely contact Cappy Kehoe at international Sureties [protected] extension 216 and file a credible claim to be paid. Cappy Kehoe can also confirm that International Sureties has been bonding us more than 20 years and we have never had a claim. Once again there is no truth to this complaint.
