Click Local / Took hundreds of £s without consent
This company agreed to do some advertising on google on my behalf paid a 10% deposit in oct and the remainder would not be billed for 3 months then could make monthly payments. Took remaining balance two weeks later which put bank account overdrawn. Contact numbers given got no answer. In Nov they called me and i told them about what had happened and they apoligised and said money would be returned to bank account in 5 working days. No money returned called them and person dealing with said payment had been sent and would look into it and call me back. No call back. I kept ringing every 2 days and got same story and now over 4 weeks later still no money. The person i speak to is never available to speak to and nevers returns my calls.

Scam metal & land investments. Last seen in the South East where they fleeced a personal scam & made off just before Christmas with all the money from a single mum with a degenrative back! Could be in Crawley or Manchester or anywhere next.BEWARE.

My family have also been scammed by Dan Stuttard when he was director of Gladstone Gold. He has taken over £10, 000 from my family and friends for purchases of gold which never materialised. Then they moved out of the area (Greater Manchester) that was a couple of years ago and he still ignores any contact. I'm reporting this guy to the police and trading standards. It seems every time he has scammed people he shuts down his company and then sets up another one. He doesn't file any tax returns either. He can be checked out on the Companies House website at http://www.duport.co.uk/companies-house If you are unfortunate enough to have been scammed by him please report him to the police and trading standards and anyone else you can think of. You can bet that there are many more people he has done this to.

Click local folded as a business due to financial problems and poor management on my part. I was forced into bankruptcy as a result.
Gladstone gold which was opened a number of years later was a reselling company for a gold company based in America.
