Clarion hotel Wakefield mass review: Stolen money, dirty rooms 2

I stayed there off and on for 3 weeks, they asked me for a cash deposit halfway through my stay of $150 for incidentals. A employee named Lenny put it in an envelop and wrote my name and room number on it. The deposit vanished, the desk manager Robyn who is a leftover from the old dirty Lord Wakefield Motel. She told me Lenny kept the money and without a receipt I don't get anything. I also deserve $300 refund since my room was never cleaned, Robyn told me they only do housekeeping on request. Neither policy for deposits or housekeeping is not posted anywhere. I was robbed by these rotten people. The employees hang outside the front entrance smoking cigarettes all day and night making the hotel look like a bigger dump. I also showed the manager a video I took of roaches in my bathroom which they did nothing about. And the CEO Steve Joyce has the balls to go on Undercover Boss and act like a nice guy? He sells his franchises to any ### with money. I have called everyone at the hotel, and home office and Steve Joyce's office, nobody cares
