Officer Seth Louks's inappropriate behavior at my apartment door by shaking on the knob a lot like he was trying to force his way in. Lucky my door was locked. I have the right not to answer the door to a police officer if I don't want to unless they have a warrant or it is an emergency situation. And those are also the only reasons they can try to force their way in. And then his unprofessional behavior when I called the police station to try to explain the situation that my neighbor accused my dogs of but he insisted I was yelling and hung up on me and refused to listen to me. Citation was slid under my door for habitual barking, when my dogs do not habitually bark, they only bark a little. Neighbor lies about them a lot but some people around here have vouched for me and said they hardly bark. They had only barked a few seconds that day at someone near elevator, and once again neighbor at this apartment complex I live in had called the cops complaining. She calls and complains to them a lot and lies a lot, and if she doesn't lie she stretches the truth a little to make the story seem more juicy to the cops. Most cops there I am told knows how she is, but this one comes out and gives me a citation and act like he is trying to get in here and then when I call police station he gets upset and says I'm yelling and hangs up on me and won't listen to me explain. I heard from someone here that she was told by my neighbor that my neighbor and this cop are friends. No matter how many times I contacted the Chief of Police with emails and some letters, as I only do emails and letters so I have written proof of what I complained about and make copies of the letters, I get no response from him so far. I sent a certified letter in recent days, it got there it shows, but still doubt I will hear from him. Contacting other agencies on the matter that may be able to help me further on this.
