My Wife and I were lured into buying properties with Brusson as the administrators of these properties. Brusson promised many things, including payment of bond instalments, rates and taxes and pymanet of investor royalties. They used our good credit records ro acquire these properties and for the past six months our accounts have been in arrears monthly, some owe over three months in instalments. They are bad people.

In all cases regarding Brusson finance, no one wants to hear the side of the investors. I was one of the investors, and was promised some commission on a monthly basis. The court now hears lies and the winners are the original owners, whop scored twice as they received money in the form of a loan and the cancellation of their bond accounts. The banks want money from us, and all we ever received for these houses was less than R20000. Brusson directors are well off somewhere protected by our courts which believed lies, while investors are left to cry. I have documents that proved the egreements entered into. All the clients I had were competent and could read. They were professionals, some nurses, policemen and teachers, who signed a contract that had the headline Offer to Purchase. When they could not pay they lied to courts that they did not know they were selling their properties. If the contracts are declared void by a court of law, what gives the banks the right to demand money advanced through an illegal transaction? The banks were fully aware of the scheme, yet they granted us loans.

Please could you let me know if you are aware of a way forward on this. The banks are demanding money even though the police, banks, NCR, media, etc know that this was fraudulent. They stole our documents under the pretence of an investment and created unaffordable debt. I am aware that Brusson was the initiator to this debarcle but what can we do about the banks who were obviously party to this. I have 5 "Brusson Bonds" on my name, which I could never have qualified for in the first place, let alone afford.
