What ever you do don't buy from Best Choice Camera. They advertise low prices, then when you pay they don't ship the product you bought. Then they refuse to refund your money. On top of that they are rude nasty hateful people that you certainly wont enjoy dealing with.

Something that I have learned. If a company does not give you an address or even a location they are a scam.

My dad always said you get what you pay for. With bcc you get screwed.

Will someone that has received product from the company, please post their address. No where do they show their address. The BBB has them in a florist shop. I doubt that is where they are.

I had ordered a camera from Best choice camera for a Christmas present for my so. They advertised the price for a Nikon L820 for $145. I never received the camera it is now mid Jan. When I called to find out about my order the person was rude and not vary customer friendly. I did not have my order number right off hand so I asked if he could look it up by my name, he said no. So I when back through my email and found my order number I called back, I gave him my order number he said that he looked up my name and already canceled my order because he said that I was rude to him. How did he know my name when I didn't give it to him the first time? and he was able to look up my information without my order number? then on top of that he said that they were going to ship it out today to try to rub it in. But I paid for 3 day shipping in Dec. This company needs to be shut down.

I was totally scammed by BCC. They advertised an online price of $189 for Canon PS SX500IS. I ordered and used my Visa card. The next day William called and said they were missing my CVV number. That was red flag but unfortunately I ignored it. I gave him my CVV and he asked why I didn't order a battery. I told him I assumed the battery came with the camera. He said no that they stopped that a long time ago. He offered to sell me a 5 hour battery at the Father's Day special for $49. Another red flag yet again ignored. I started to give him my debit card but decided on my Discover. Received the camera and inside was an invoice for $304.99. I checked my Visa and found I was charged $194.99. Okay few dollars more...thought nothing of it. Decided to check my Discover card and found BCC charged me $110. I was furious. Couldn't reach customer service. Filed dispute with Discover and they refuse to give me credit for the $110 because BCC showed them the trumped up invoice for $304.99. DO NOT BUY FROM BESTCHOICECAMERA.COM. You will regret it! BTW, a 2-hour battery did come with the camera. They're very sneaky. They never sent the normal email verifying order details, etc.

Placed an order for a camera from Best Choice. Received a VM asking me to call them so they could process my order. When I called, they said they didn't have the security code for my credit card, which I gave them. I was then told that the camera didn't come with a battery, but they could sell me one which usually sells for $90. for only $49. I said "no thanks, because my friend owns an internet battery company"...Then they asked why I didn't "buy the camera from him" and futhermore that "they sell only original manufacturer's batteries, not replacement batteries that would leak and ruin the camera." When I told them to just ship the camera, they said "Why?, you can't even turn it on"...In addition to replacement Li-Ion batteries being only 8-9 bucks (which I've used for years in my Sony Cyber-Shot) Amazon has OEM battery for $20...Still waiting for the camera
