Complaint regarding fake Cash Contest from Bagittoday

I have received a call from a BAGIT TODAY executive in the month of April 2012 informing that I was selected among the TOP 5 people in PAN india level as part of CASH CONTEST that is going on and in the cash contest there are only 5 people and there is a guaranteed price where the Top 1st price being 20 lakhs, 2nd prize is 15 lakhs, 3rd price is 10 lakhs, 4th prize is 5 lakhs and 5th prize is 3.5 lakhs and the draw for the same will take place on 31st May 2012.

So in the period between APRIL 2012 & SEPTEMBER 2012 BAGIT TODAT executives Amit, Raj malhotra, kanika roy, Sadhika, Deeksha etc have called me and asked me to make payments for generating ID’s, they told me that each ID they generate will enhance my chance of winning the TOP price of 20 lakhs. In some of the calls when i refused to place the order they told me that if i drop out now at this stage i will lose the chance of winning the gauranteed cash price and other benefits like Platinum membership, Diamond resale certificate.

I was forced to pay for creating these ID’s with my credit cards, every time they made the payment they used to tell me that when i get a verification call for the products "i should not reveal any details about the cash contest and should only say OK for what ever the verification department tells me", if i inform anything about the cash contest to the verification department and if any of the orders gets cancelled i will be out of the cash contest.

Almost all these bagit today executives used to ask for sensitive creditcard details like card number, expiry date and One time password for placing the order.If i refuse to give they would say, "have faith in us"

The above bagit today executives also told me that all the amount that i am payimg through credit cards will be converted into EMI’s with 0% interest.

During all the conversations they told me that after the contest is over I would get "Diamond resale certificate" and these 10 carat diamonds i received through multiple orders will be liquidated into cash so that I can pay all my outstanding credit card bills which were used to pay for generating the product ID’s

All those products that I received are multiple products ( same products in multiple numbers ) and all are very old ( i.e 1-3 years old products) which are outdated and have ZERO value in the market at that point of time, there are no takers.
