Atlantis Travel agency Athens review: Never answer, refuse to refund 1

I was looking for an one day cruise to Greece islands. I found Atlantis Travel agency is attractive, because the price is 79 euro. I contacted the agent through email, asking the refunding policy, also if they can pick me up from the hotel. The agent Ermondos replied that if I cancel 7 days before the cruise date, I'll get refund 93% of my payment. Also the agency can't pick me up in the hotel where I stay, but she will decrease my payment to 70 Euro.

I booked the cruise. Several days later, I found I was charged 79 Euro. I emailed Ermondos, asking why. She replied that I had chosen a pick up hotel.

The reason I chose that hotel because there's no other choice, I have to choose a hotel in the booking site. It's an mistake of communication. I'm partly responsible. I explained to her there's problem of communication, asked her to reduce the fee to 70 Euro.

Afterward, I never got her reply. Later, I emailed her twice, asking if she's going to reduce the price, asking her to reply, but no answer. Then I emailed her that I would cancel the cruise. She replied that she already refunded me 7 Euro, asking me if I still want to cancel or keep it. I said I would keep the cruise, asking her to email me ticket.

She never email me ticket, nor answer my several emails. Finally I told her to cancel on Sept 8th. So far I haven't got the refund.

In her email before, she said if I cancel, she would charge 10% of my original payment. However, in her original email, she said she would charge me 7% of the original payment if I cancel seven days before the booked date.

I have traveled many places in the world, including Olympia and Athens, never had such experience, never had contact with such an agent.
