Arizona Nutraceutical / I still haven't received money back, but seller didn't reply

I purchased some items from the company Arizona Nutraceutical. I placed order and paid for it, but on the next day I got the email from the seller. He told me that my order was out of stock. I cancelled the order, and the seller promised money back within 2-5 days. It was big lie, ‘coz I haven’t received any money back, but this jerk stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

    I purchased skincare product from Arizona Nutraceutical but instead of sending me 1 set they’ve dispatched 2. It would be ok if not the fact that they’ve charged me for both of them... I was ready to send back second set of skincare but wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone from that company.
