Arapahoe Kia / car service warranty and maintenance contract
They sold me a $4500 service plan under the guide that it was "included" with my vehicle purchase. They glossed over the charge amount and pointed to the fact that it would only add $10 to my monthly payment. I canceled the next day and was told that I would receive a full refund to my loan within 3 weeks. After many months of follow-up and being told to wait patiently, I found out from the warranty company that the finance manager at Arapaho Kia had entered the wrong VIN on the cancellation form and had not responded the request to correct it. This was the second issue with my paperwork. The first was that my address had been transposed and I was unable to get plates until fixed. I immediately went to the dealership to have the warranty paperwork corrected. I finally got the refund on my loan but it is almost $1000 short. The warranty company confirmed they cancelled and gave a full refund, but they can't tell me the amount. The Kia complaint department says I must work with the dealership, who can't even be bothered to return my phone calls over the last 6 months. I've never experienced such poor or shady customer service in my life. Do not shop here!!!
