AMS Industrial Equipment / Product not delivered
I ordered a Chicken Plucking machine from AMS industrial equipment & Farming machinery on the 7th of May and paid the full amount of R8000 to the company account: ABSA [protected] on the same day. The responded in a email that they received the payment and that the machine will be with me on the 9th of May. Monday 11 May I still did not received my machine and try to get hold of them by email and phone, they did not pick up of respond to my email. After phoning from a different number they answered and told me the machine would be here on Tuesday 12 May. The machine was still not here on Tuesday so I tried to get hold of them again and could not get hold of the via email and phone. Wednesday 13 May they answered the phone once I phoned from a different number again and then they said to me they did not receive the proof of payment so I read the the email of conformation from them, so they made up another excuse telling me it was a fake payment, which it was not as the amount went of on my bank account and I double checked my account to be certain it was paid and it was. The guy just hung up on me and never answered the phone or emails again. It is a week later and I still don't know anything about my product or what is wrong. I also requested ABSA to reverse the payment, but it can take up to 48 hours to contact me and let me know if it would be possible.
