American Legal Company review: lawsuit 1

I received a phone call on my cell and work phone from this number from a male with a foreign accent claiming to be "Justin or Dustin Davis" with American Legal Company from the Los Angeles, CA area. He states that there is a lawsuit on my name and my social. I tried calling back to ask him who the lawsuit was from but he did not understand me so I told him that I can't understand him either and hung up. Is this a legit lawsuit? Should I worry about a supeona? I have borrowed from loan places and am paying them back. I have two credit cards that I am paying on as well and have had no complaints from them. What should I do?
