on march 20, 2018 i placed an order for 14 cellphone as a gift for my english class with pukong -electronics and mr terry li whon asure me that my order was being protected, only to get scam after they receiced my payment, they never again answer neither their phone nor emails. i got in touch with pukong-eletronics and mr terry li when i hit the get a quote buttom, i got 16 scammer in my inbox, meaning that they have access to my account and account information as well as my identification and information just because i need it a quote from your website. not even one of the 16 people that answer ed my get a quote question is legit, they are all scammer with the same purpose of scamming me, my money and most important my information .somebody have to do something about this company everyday someone new get scam in thiis web site everyday and alibaba.com only said is not our fault, go to china and get a lawyer or find a friend in china to help thats very good way to dump the reponsability on somebody else that only got to me and my money because of your platform, please send us a full refund to our school as soon as possible, thank you complaint number 1239873 and complaint number 8040010
is there anybody listening, alibaba and pukong-electronics are scamming people left and right i was able to get in touch with alibaba, com whom told me that pukong electronics wasnt part of their platform and that i should hire a lawyer in china to get my money back anf i have proof that pukong -electronics is part of their platform, pukong-electronics is a living part of alibaba, com our school will not stay shut about this incident because you just dont go around trying to scam people of their hard earn money and continue like nothing ever hapend.
