[Resolved] Airmid Solutions — Would not return deposit after he did not place a Physical Therapy Assistant.
On Jan. 26, 2016, we sent the following email to Airmid Solutions: "Thanks for your efforts, however we just hired a PTA. As per our discussions please return our $1000.00 deposit. Thanks again and look forward to working with you in the future".
Marc Resasco responded with the following e-mail on Jan 28:
"Will be mailed back to your office next week".

As we had not received a response to repeated phone calls to Marc, the following email was sent on Feb. 18: "To date we have not received your check you said you were sending and you have not returned any of my phone calls. At this point I have to assume that you are not standing by your word or contract. If I do not hear from you by Monday, February 22, 2016, you will force me to contact the BBB and other legal actions. We have previously had a good working relationship with you and would prefer not to resort to these methods.
Hope to hear from you before Monday".
As of today, Feb. 23, there has still been no response from Marc Resasco or anyone else at Airmid Solutions.
Marc Resasco doing business as Airmid Solutions refunded our deposit in full, bringing a full resolution to the previously filed complaint.
