ACIBURN SCAM by ACIBURN

Please read the fine print, it is not how it appears when you read all of colorful ad.
You will be burned for the first bottle at the full price of 59.95 plus they set you up with Web Access as well that you don't even know about until the bill comes in. Visa could not help with the fees charged but gave me a number I could call to cancel, then you have to call visa back with a cancellation number so that they can dispute any further charges. What a scam. Thanks, you have proven to me that I should never order over the web. I am now turning off my computer for the last time. Thought I would warn the rest of you before I go.

Aciburn is the biggest RIPOFF you will come across. Firstly it doesn't work and secondly they continue taking money out of your account on a monthly basis hoping that you won't notice. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

ACIBURN Not recieving product

I ordered Aciburn over two weeks ago now, they have taken my money but i have not received the product. I no longer want this product after seeing the other complaints and wish to cancel. However i can not contact them the phone number does not work and their live online service is never active.

I have also had money taken from my credit card account I have sent emails also I have a cancellation number given to me by the company but they are still taking money off me . the credit card company are now going to take action . The total they have taken from my account is £72.54 I cannot afford this . DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT !

ya i had a problem with them also and on my credit card the billed me 3 more times after i called and cancelled it on my credit card the number to call is [protected] plus when i called my credit card she said they sell your card number to other foreign companys. Also if you read on your bottles it says no to be used by diabetics

I have also been ripped off by these people an have been charged $122.91 that i have not asked for i have asked my bank to take legal action agains them.
this is just a scam and they should not be alowed to continue with doing it or beging on the net to advertise their rubish.

I done this 14 day recieve it then try it out which is then they charged me 6.89 for a membership which i do not rememeber signing up to a one any way after three weeks i recieved 3 more of the bottles even though i never ordered it and they charged me 47.80 which then made me overdrawn, im so angry with them but i cant even find a number to call them!

I called [protected] and had success in getting a cancellation number and I called [protected] to cancel Web Access. It is a Saturday and I had no problem reaching both companies.

Yes i've had the same problem, they have now taken a total of £84.00 out of my account and therefore I have not once received anything for my money, I will call my bank and tell them to cancel taking that company from taking any money from my account, I suggest ya'll do that too.

I have also had problems... didn't receive my trial and they promised to send a second order...didn't receive it and now when I asked them for a refund, they have said I didn't complete the trial and have taken a further £60 out of my account...I am gutted and the fact they advertised on facebook where thousandw will have seen the ad, I wonder how many they have conned...I am not letting them away with this...

I have had same problem paid on my credit card, no goods arrived surpose to be free trial ended up costing £25.00 ALREADY not got any thing for it. Think I will be cancelling card so no more money can go out! after hearing reading these complaints.

I have got same problem, , , , i just booked today and i was such a fool after i ordered i seen all reviews ...i think we should cance.ll our credit card...but i cant do it cos here in aus. all bank will open on tue after 4 days i dont no wt to do i also tried to call thme but no one picking up .

ACIBURN false representation/scams

I was given a "free sample" of aciburn diet pills, I was lead to believe that I only had to cover the cost of shipping, which was $5.04. That was on March 20th, 2009. Then April 6th 2009, I find an electronic charge to my checking account for $7.08. I had to call to find out what that was related to. I was told that when I agreed to the "free sample" that I had signed up for AcaiBurn Membership, and the $7.08 charge is non-refundable. It's not about the 7 dollars, its about the frauds taking my money, without my knowledge. This was not a fact that I was made aware of when I accepted my "free sample". I will never accept any more "free" offers in the future and Needless to say will not purchase anymore acaiburn, even if it does cause weight loss. By the way, in their ad they indicate that Oprah and a few other well known reputable people endorse their product. I find that hard to believe. This whole ad is a Scam and needs to be shutdown before anyone else falls Victim to their schemes.

I was offerd a trial period which i paid some money and shipping for the product and after 5 days of me actually having the product they charged the full amount to my credit card without authorization and they are just plain and simple a scam that highlights the free side of thing and does not publish the rest of the problems you will encounter later on. never never deal with this company

I ordered a "free" sample which I received but was charged NZ$65 since then AciBurn have taken three payments of NZ$103 which I did not authorise and I have not received anything at all in return. We have sent emails and the bank are also endeavoring to get the money refunded, so far we have had no responses at all.

This product and company was listed as one the biggest scams of 2009. I'm surprised someone hasn't shut them down.

How do i stop the unauthorised withdrawals from my account?

Yes i ordered a free product and received it. But i did not authorise additional charges. This company has taken over AU$126 since July and i didn't even know about it!.
Happened to check my 'seldom used' account this morning to discover the losses.

Is the only way to close my account?

If you have any suggestions on how to resolve, please post.

I have been ripped of to, so did you get your money back, i was charged $95.00 twice and when i looked into the order they had no record and i have tried to contact them via email and i cant even send an email

they are just ripping people off as they state postage at $4.95 then they charge a international fee when it is sent from milperra in australia and i have been trying to cnacel my membership but cant get through and they keep taking the money from my credit card

I agree never used mine called before the 14 day period and they said the same thing you'll be billed 58.76 i told them the card i used was declined so they could send me a bill in the mail..lol her reply was we'll get payment one way or another hummm wonder how the card i used is declined for the moment.. Time to cancle out the card i used to order and get a new one!

ACIBURN Charged $60 after cancellation

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. You order a "free-trial" product for 30 days. When you get the product, it is really for 14 days, and you have only 4 days to use the product before returning it. I ordered the product 1/23/09, received the product and 2/2, called the company on 2/2 and after spending hours dealing with the problem was told to return the product insured with a delivery confirmation (it cost me 4.00 to return the product). I returned the product on 2/2/09, the post office confirmed delivery on 2/7, and I was charged $59.95 on 2/14 for a product they NEVER even shipped. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. They charge you $5.95 to try a product for 4 days, hoping you will miss the deadline and they can keep charging you. A word to the wise: DO NOT ORDER ACIBURN -- or you will be burned. I will probably file this with the AG's office. This took about 4 hours of my time to deal with and it's still not resolved. I have to pay $59.95 on my credit card account this month for something I NEVER received and won't be credited until NEXT month. Maybe they have a cash flow problem and do this to pay the bills each month. Don't we all need extra cash during these lean times. Since most people dont' look at their credit card statments closely, I am sure many unsuspecting people are scammed. I could really use the $60 this month to pay bills for ACTUAL products I purchased and consumed. I was also charged two $1.00 fees to join something I cancelled on 2/2 (that was automatically added to my Aciburn order). So all in all, to get 4 days worth of pills (who knows if they worked or not), it cost me about $12.00 and 4 hours of my time. BEWARE !

I am taking Aciburn DOWN! I ordered "free" sample and have had 80 bucks taken 3 times and called 3 times and complained and figured a way to have them refund me and then it happens again now they have given my info to other companies taking my money and SENDING ME NOTHING not even a piece of paper in the mail. I AM PISSED AND I AM SUING AND TAKING ACIBURN DOWN! they are gong to be sorry they stole from me. And all the other compaines stealing my money and not refunding me...just wait. I have a list of things I am planning and these companies are going down. I found a free lawyer and changed my account and now my mission is to make the whole internet world know that aci burn is a scam and they will go down. I know by reading the above statements I have back up...And as soon as I hear from Rachael Ray, oh yeah, contacted her too because i saw the free sample crap on her site! She had to know and now she does I will wait to see what help she gives me...aci burn will BURN in hell! They told me they didn't have corporate, well I found one, they told me I couldn't go higher than the re-tard manager at the stupid fake 800 numbers they make you call...I went higher and found names and if you want to join me then let me know.

I was also scammed by this company of product, I was told that I only had to pay for s/h of $4.95 for 14days before the days were up, I had a three month supply shipped and they charged my account 59.95 two times in one month and then another charge 4 days later. When I called and asked about it, I was told that each bottle cost 59.95 but I never had the chance to try the product before I became very angry about the withdrawl from my account.

Later when I finally opened one of the bottles of the second shipment, from the first shipment the color of the product are two different colors. Who knows if they work, now I am afraid to try it.

Yes, I also ask for the free exemple and payed for postege but now I checked my bank statement and was charged £40.58 plus overseas transaction charges and guess what I didn't recieved any product.

I contact my bank and they told me I've to cancel the order on the internet and if they take more money from my account I can get back to them with a copy of the email cancelation.
I am unsubscribe with Icai burn because I didnt place any order, I just ask for the free exemple and paid for postage.

What a nightmare if anyone in UK is able to help or advice. [protected]

Thanks for your comments I learned about being charge for 2 websites. I called and cancelled them. I also asked them what they knew about acaiburn. They didn't know anything. I also got ripped off, I did what they told me to return the item and now it seems they don't have any information on my account. They now want a tracking number. I don't know about the rest of you but I am going to do some checking to see if something can be done. My mother went through this with another company and she finally got her check earlier this year for the whole amount. It was a little late since she passed away in 07. I am going to add this to my list and I will be checking back..

SCAM SCAM SCAM...here are all the numbers you need to call to cancel everything...Acai Burn [protected], Insiders account [protected], weight loss program [protected], make sure they give you the cancellation numbers, cause it takes a while for this to actually kick in, I had a friend who had to cancel his credit card because funds were still getting charged to his credit card...SCAM SCAM SCAM

Called and was told I would no longer be charged and they charged me 2 more times. You know when you call the number and they tell you in a recorded messae you will not receive any money back that there is a huge problem and they already are aware of it. This cannot be legal

AcaiBurn is very sneaky..After receiving there pills
and trying with no weight change cancelled order
and sent back the pills to reach them prior to there
expiration date of return. They received the pills on
April 14th - 5 days prior to the due date of April 19th.
They went ahead anyway and charged the $59.95
on the 21st of April. I called and they say I will be
refunded that amount in two weeks. I confirmed my
cancellation confirmation number for April 10th and
they changed the number and date for April 19th.
I didn't accept that number and will continue to keep
the original number for April 10th. Meanwhile small
charges on my card are appearing...seems AcaiBurn had associations with other companies where they charge fee's for there suppose services. One is the Ebook Finders Secrets which charges $6.95 after 7 days service. There cancellation number is [protected]. The second one is Comprehensive Weight Loss which will charge $9.95 after 28 days service. There cancellation number is [protected]. I suggest you don't forget to cancel these services as they will come up on your credit card statements.
