Aactv is crooked as hell
Do not buy anything from this crook... Beware.. Bought some stuff from them and cancelled it way before they shipped it and they tryed to get $680 fee for the cancelation. Do not buy from these crooked company. Shawn the owner is a real a hole. I am still battling to get my money back. A house in citra, fl
Only good camera shots were provided. They did not show that the roof needed replacement, that the siding was crumbling, the the septic was blocked, that the back stairs were hazardous, that the hot water tank was shot. All the things had to be fixed or replaced. The hallway is floor is tiled as was a a soft and spongy kitchen floor. One window is cracked and has bb guns holes. A Piece of Crap that I has lost Alot of money on!

Pocket watch/jewelry/gemstones
They are dishonest and fraudulent! Products bought from them are not as described and sold as. Shipping is months not weeks when you've already paid for them up front. They send you broken and sub par items not as described and then keep a good part of your money when sent back. This company should not be allowed to stay in business! Buyers beware!
coins
Bought a proof kennedy half for 157 after buying a reverse proof of same coin for around $69.77 plus $30 for certification. They told me the reason for getting a 70 at this cost was that originally they had offered the coins at 69.77 plus certification and if you wanted ao. 70 for sure you had to buy tw0 This turned out to be a lie when watching the recording of the original show you were guaranteed a 70 which a single purchase. The network lies more than it tells the truth. Now I am sending back a bunch of coins and I am almost certain I will NOT get my money back because of the dishonesty of the network. I will keep everyone informed as to the fraud level as I endeavor to get a return. I may start a lawsuit to recover funds. If I do I will make it possible for all of you to join in. This bunch of crooks must be put away.
Item was described as bc but was trarnished and looked like it had rust on it. The original issue of coin was with a five piece set and was represented as being part of a set that had a quantity of 200. Later this and cother coins like it (cancelled) were sold in 1000s/ Everything said during broadcasts are likely lies and misrepresentations. They tell you when you want to return coin that you only have 10 days which is never brought up during registration process. Thanks God for my recording session. Watchers also take the time to look up each item being sold against EBAY sold items and find that the price being sold on AANTV is usually 25 percent higher and subject to 10 peremium and shipping. Do not shop on this site it is a total ripoff in every imaginable way.

They are big now on selling coins that are dipped. To dip a coin is to put it in a liquid that removes all the tarnish and it makes the corn look like it's brand new but it also ruins any numismatic value the coin is only worth what it's worth in silver. Anybody in the know does not buy dipped coins I E cleaned coins. If people would just look online at reputable coin dealers they would see they are getting ripped off and are usually paying twice what the coins are worth. Wake up people. They are selling junk and they're telling you it's treasure. There are lots of reputable coin dealers and you get your coins back in two or three or four days. It takes Jeremiah close to a month to get your coins. People please wake up.

I am registered to buy and have called 3 different times to bid, and the rep answer phones lie about product and offers. Was told about 78 pace Nascar Corvette was never even offered when I was sitting here looking at it and had been watching the bidding. Made offers for Gems then told too late when Gem had only been shown on screen less than 15 seconds I had been watching for 30 minutes the auctioneer said, 'this is my favorite Ruby, I'll take an offer", so I offered to start @ $100.00 phone rep sys, "um to late" I'm said what do you mean too late?" She said the satellite delay(3-4 seconds) then they removed the ring from the screen and said absolutely nothing about any other bids . I Told her the ring hasn't even been on screen 15 seconds I made the only offer..this show is Bull.those auctioneers set the prices ahead of time and then someone in the background calls out dollars amounts as though its actual caller bids so they bid up the prices.. Same about a Civil War penny. I hope FCC Checks this show..2/7/14 8:30pm est

Scam
We bought a condo and we were scammed. We were told that we would have a 37.5% return rate on our investment and they lied. We lost money. Please don't buy anything from these people they are scammers.

AANTV is nothing but a scam.No such thing a returns. Bought an item from them in August and took them over 30 days to say they have returned back my money. I never got any money back. I called them they said they returned the money 22nd of Sept but I never received .Was told I got back 1800.00 for a necklace I paid 2100.00 for < I asked them why only 1800.00 they said stocking fees the hung up on me ..Never go there again.. Scams is their name Still no money returned to me yet...
I don't know what you bought or who you are since the employees add positive per their employer. I have enough emails and complaints on files from others who disagree and this will be handled properly as fraud is a felony. You can testify in court.
I have bought many things from aantv, and I can't say a bad thing about them. Everything I bought is quality stuff.
Here is an update: American Auction Network is in a lawsuit with the people who bought the business in March, 2017. They got scammed and closed the business down in November, 2017 and now proceeding in a lawsuit, which might go Federal since the business owner who purchased AANtv lives in California and I know for a fact American Auction Network/Jerry P. Hartman/ now known as AJNtv and there may be others involved are under investigation. Now Jerimiah Hartman (who's real name is Jerry P. Hartman) has opened another company calling it AJNtv and his daughter, Brooke Hartman states she is CEO of L. Rochelle, but uses the same address as AJNtv which is 1499 Gulf to Bay Blvd.. Clearwater, Florida 33755. Their phone number is [protected]. If you have a complaint, go to the Attorney General, Federal Trades Commission and if you have a lot of money lost, you can contact the FBI. And for Real Estate complaints, contact Florida Real Estate Commission aka FREC and file your complaints. Fraud is perpetrated on a lot of consumers by these people, but you must do something about it if you are sure you have a case. And I agree, as I have been defrauded by these characters who gives the impression they are honest, but it is all deceit. They will not return monies, and they won't return phone calls, so you are talking to a brick-wall. Find the agency you need and get it in writing and file the complaint. You will not get restitution monetarily or otherwise as they only want your money and will sell fake jewelry (-I have some) and lie to sell their wares. What appears to be on TV would seem honest as other companies we do business with on TV, but this is a different breed and they have no shame on stealing your money.
Got cheated on jewelry. The old bait and switch routine. Never received full refund, including return shipping and expensive insurance, as promised. Phone calls resulted in evasion. The right person to talk to was never available. Glad they are no longer on the air on DishTV.
These are nothing but scammers. Stay away from these auctions and don't buy an merchandise from them. They won't return your money and you will fight with your credit cards. Go to the Federal Trade Commission and file your complaints against American Auction Network. They know how to get your money and you will be sorry. Please call me as I am looking for a "Class Action Lawsuit". I need all the support I can get to get these people out of business. Now they changed ownership, but they are still liable. Report to the Police and follow Disputing Credit Cards Charges in the Federal Credit Card Charges. You can call me as I have and need a Attorney who wants these scammers out of business. Anyone else can call me also.
[protected]. Banks have a duty to you, but you must stay on top of them as I have heard and saw so many stupid lies from the merchant it is ridiculous. People need help, and I want to help all I can. Is there any Attorneys who will help. Even the banks don't read all the paper work and I have lost so much time and money because of being ill-advise.
I'm sorry that you lost money on your investment. The real estate market has been unstable this past decade. It mostly depends on how your marketing to get top dollar for your real estate. We have no ability to guarantee that you will get any specific return rate. The host can speculate what a fair market price is for the property. Considering that this was a live auction where the bid amount is constantly changing I have no idea how anyone can make an accurate estimate in the heat of the moment. Please call [protected] or [protected] so we can reference on tape which day you are speaking about. Also so we can get a reference for where you came up with that quote of 37.5%.
I have bought few properties from AANTV, they are good honest people, we all make mistakes but it's nothing serious . I enjoyed buying from them and will continue doing so, ROB is amazing as well as Shawn and the ladies that work at the office such as July and Andrea. Again thank you AANTV for making it possible for me to buy properties in FL and other states. Nasser
I agree with many of the posters here that AANTV is a very deceptive Company. I have been around the areas where they auction off properties. The house or lot may be in a dead area, but they show the neighborhood as busy (houses in the same zip code), but in reality it is a low end neighborhood. I would not even think about buying from them. Properties in Florida can be researched thru the County's Assessors office. It will tell you who owns it, when it sold and who bought it. But if you watch the auction from the start, Rob always says several times, "do your due diligence." This is AANTV's out. Buyer beware! I watch it for the entertainment value.
bunch of liers i was waiting for a lot to go up for bid that's attached to my land i watched it everyday on line and called every morning and night and one morning i called they told me it sold to one of the investors. in the middle of the night. it never want up for bid on line and still said on line action date not scheduled. and when i tried to make a bid on the phone ahead of time i was told i cant as of yet.it wouldn't be fair to others . witch is true . but as i can see they play favorites to there investors and let them have first shot before anyone else, i will be contacting the BBB, and consumer protection and an attorney i needed that land that's why i watched and called in so much. it attached to mine property
WAIT 5 MONTHS FOR COIN
BOUGHT SET OF THREE MORGAN DOLLARS 1878///8 TAIL FEATHER/7 TAIL FEATHER/7 OVER 8 TAILFEATHER 5 MONTHS AGO EVERYTIME I CALLED THEY SAID 1 TO 2 WEEKS-CALLED 4 TIMES GOT HUNG UP ON EVERYTIME WHAT A RIP OFF THEY CALLED ME TWICE AND TOLD ME TO HOLD FOR MANAGER AND THEN WOULD HANG UP 1 TO 2 WEEKS HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS-NO COIN YET ALSO BOUGHT 2 ROLEX STYLE RINGS / RUBY FELL OUT OF ONE AND THE OTHER TURNED BLACK THEY DON'TDO WHAT THEY SAY AND AFTER THEY GET THEIR MONEY THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !
Criminal Negligence / Fraud
Americas Auction Network is willfully selling Real Estate in the State of Florida that has a better than 95% chance that it was built with Chinese Sheetrock without informing the buyers about the health hazards of said Sheetrock or of the structural damage said Sheetrock can cause! AANtv should be brought up on negligence and fraud charges as well as the banks they are selling for! The areas of Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres Florida are loaded with this hazardous Sheetrock. I was in these areas a week ago and looked at about 70 houses in these two Cities and they ALL had Chinese Sheetrock ! State of Florida Officials Take Notice and do something before someone is irreparably harmed by this scam!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
No negative points except delivering time. I check out items on line before placing a bid. I know to add on sales tax, premium, shipping and what my threshold should be. Customer service is helpful and fun. Auctioneers except for one are professional. All products I bought are to what they say.
AANTV has rental property in several areas. I mistakenly rented from them. I had to call the city just to get them moving on repairs that needed to be made. Their property is NOT inspected properly and even the "new" purchases for resell are not properly cared for. It is a shame as it seems they want people who "wont complain" to rent from them... The kitchen light caught on fire while the city was inspecting. ARE YOU SERIOUS? They harassed me for MONTHS before we finally moved out. They have ruined my name by filing an illegal eviction. However, since no attorney will help a tenant in the area, I was left with no defense and no word as to when the case went to court. I did EVERYTHING and they were nasty and sneaky about what they did.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY NOW OR IN THE FUTURE they will take advantage of you if and when they can.
I worked for this company in the past and found them to be very honest people and deliver what they display on the network.
It’s been a while since I’ve watched them on TV but, the people behind the scenes are very hard working and dedicated individuals.
Sounds to me like there are a lot of sour grapes out there.
just tried to sell one of the properties that I bought 3 yrs ago, over 8k in back taxes owed, ive trusted sean, said that there honest ppl, now my retirement money is gone thanks sean
I have to say Jeremiah and his brother Rob are great to watch on the auction Network, I bought some property, not over expecting because I didn't get to see it live and I had to adjust and resell for profit, and I did and the magic word that they use continuously, it's almost boring, due diligence, , due diligence! People like me and others buy and sell things for a living, , people that dont, try to come out and make a killing, and through ignorance, , , , , ! ! ignorance is bliss, and many of you are very blissful, , ! I go by the sidemark name of, Skipper doodle! You can use that as a response name if you wish and I'll see it, maybe I can educate you? Everybody who does purchases and sales all go through downfalls, it's a learning experience, don't come out of the woodwork and think you're going to do it, , you're going to fail so don't complain keep going on, , think of it as an education, and at that, fairly cheap price for that! I tell people almost every day adout lots of things I do, , , ( just cuz I did it, doesn't mean you can!)
These scammers are nothing but thieves and the new owner who closed down in November 2017 found out their gang as the owner likes to call them, is now operating as AJNtv because the old owner has rights. And why doesn't Jeremiah use his real name as his licensing is in? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. By the way, the lady Johna Lamont was arrested (another jailbird works there as an auctioneer) for stealing from them and had been in prison before she was hired and now she is going to be sentenced. They found the awful skull ring they make in a pawn shop, because she pawned it. AANTV now AJNTV buys from pawn shops to complete your order and it won't be what you bid on. Johna gave the RMA# numbers and that is one reason no one gets their items besides Jeremiah, as he likes to call himself fills orders with not the same products you buy. Now who would hire anyone with prison time unless Jeremiah feels comfortable with these type of people.
your so full of crap, they a con artists
My second purchase from never showed up. I ordered coins on October 28 2017 with a expected delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks. Now we are into the 12th week and nothing, when I call, there is no answer and come to find out they have gone out of business. To pour salt in the wound, the exact same people has opened a different company under a different name on a different channel. American auction network was on channel 219 on dish network and now they are Jeremiah auctions, coins on dish network channel 223, 227 and 94. Looks like I'm not the only one they took the money and ran, now Jeremiah can afford to advertise on 3 channels instead of one, wonder if dish network knows what crooks they are selling air time to, wonder if they care?
I have bought there for years and never had a problem returning anything. They have been courteous and processed my RMAs without dispute. I double check items on Ebay or other sources to make sure I am not paying too much. Some of the coins I have bought I have not been able to find anywhere else and I like that. I didn't like the new format and it was soon after that it was sold and gone, sold and gone. Miss the show though
You must be an employee! He hires them bc he doesnt bother doing background checks. Hes slimey no doubt but hes also not as smart as youve come to think he is, Glenda. The reason most of the item werent sent out before was bc they would buy/make them as they were ordered and sometimes not for 6 months. As for the pawn shop thing, some of the items might be pawn shops, estates, ebay, local auctions ect. But I mean really, where did you think they come from? If you buy something on tv is either crap or overpriced and if you think different, you have alot to learn
I purchased some coins from the AAN claiming to be from the Binion Hoard of Las Vegas. When the product arrived, there was no mention of Binion Hoard on the invoice or the coin container. This is FRAUD which I plan to report to the authorities. AAN is simply substituting regular silver coins in place of coins from the Binion Hoard in order to fetch more money for their auctioned products without authentication or verifying that coins are indeed from the Binion Hoard. Beware everyone, bidding on their items could be hazardous to your pocketbook.
You all need to know that Jerimiah Hartman is selling the company to Russians and holding10% on April 17, 2017. Scams are all that goes on in this auction and they are running so far behind on bills that the vendors won't deliver the products-so they run off to Vegas and try and get the chains-jewelry and supplement what you have purchased to fill your orders and they won't be the same. They will keep your money in ANNTVBUCKS as a way to hold on to your money and tell you "you can only purchase items on auctions". They don't advise you of this until it is too late and you are waiting for your credit. State law states " 15 days to return the owners money back". I have been waiting for 2.5 months and had to dispute with my credit cards and I will be taking them to court for unethical practices leading to hardships to consumers.
His "new building" as they call in their moving, is because they are tearing the slug building down they are in. I am going to put in the newspapers and try and get an interview because they owe me $10, 000s of thousands of dollars. Even when you tell them to cancel orders they will throw things in boxes (I have been getting something everyday and have refused all orders for over a month just so they can say they sent to me) well all orders went back with an RMA# and I have proof. Now that I made a summary of all that has happened and know there are others like me I am asking all to join in a "CLASS ACTION SUIT". Please contact me through my email address glendaross999@yahoo.com, or you may call me, [protected]. Strength is better and if you want to help it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. Glenda Ross
I watch this channel all the time. I am so glad that I have seen site after site of bad reviews so I didnt have to waste my money
