Unethical practice and rude services. No response for patients emergency calls.
Use unlicensed dental assistant to perform oral jobs that should be done by licensed dentist.
Commit Dental Insurance Fraud. The dishonest provider intentionally submits billing for services not actually performed, false patients diagnosis procedures that aren't medically necessary, uses someone Else's coverage or insurance card.

    This patient was very unreasonable. The lower denture did not fit. A new lower denture was fabricated but he refused to be fitted. He demanded that the dentist pay for his trip to China plus expenses for the denture to be made there. The dentist offered to re-make the denture to the patient's satisfaction but he refused to comply stating that he lost his trust in U.S. dentists and dental labs. He insisted on an inflated refund after accepting the second set of denture fabricated for him. When the family realized that he would not get any refund as he paid no deductible or co-payment, the wife and daughter assaulted the dentist pinning her against the wall. The office manager called the police and the family was escorted out with a warning that they would be arrested if they came to the office again without an appointment. The dentist did not press charges. The daughter threatened to do whatever it takes to ruin the dentist's reputation.

    What a shame! This comments was posted by the dentist's greedy and crazy husband. Of course they can fabricate any story. The bottom line is that the senior patient has been suffering because the dentist's malpractice. The whole story is about the dentist does not want to be responsble for any damage done. The dentist has changed her settlement options several times. She first informed the patient that she personally has agreed to pay for the replacement cost of the damaged denture. Then she changed her mind and had her husband call police to force sick patient leave her office when patient went to see the dentist. The patient has tried multiple times but nothing fits because of the poor lab dentist uses. The dentist made her senior patients suffering from not able to eat, and not respond to any phone calls. Visiting the dentist's office had to be the last choice to see what the dentist really wanted to do to settle it. However, the dentist's husband has been blocking the patient from talking/seeing the dentist! The patient has to talk louder because the dentist tried to hide and run into her car and tried to lock the door! No pinching or touching ever happened to the dentist. That's not the correct way a professional would treat a patient! Don't cheat or lie to your patients! Don't make your patients suffer and blame other! Are you going to call police each time when you have malpractice cases and when patient ask for settlement?
