Ordered a batch of tshirts in November. Still haven't gotten delivery of any goods. Delivery was promised end of November. Was informed in December, an item on the order was not in stock. The managing director Fahad Iqbal is horrifically arrogant. Been promised so many times but nothings come as yet. Will never buy 5ive pillars stuff again. Try and complain on instagram and you get deleted and blocked. How's that for customer service?! Shocking, Disgusting and darn right atrocious!

    Can't agree more with this, exactly the same problem they dont get back to you but take your money quick enough. No matter how many emails you send you get no reply. Incorret sizes, poor service actually no service the fact that the items didn't come until they were email several times

    True 100% true, takes a while for your purchases to deliver. And do not buy the necklaces!! I made the mistake of buying it and it is completely different then the one they show on their website. All they want is your money!!
