I received a quote for transportation for an outing on Cinco de Mayo for $300. One week before the event they called to let me know that their employee made a mistake and the cost is actually $570. I understand that mistakes happen but if your employee makes a mistake you don't in turn put the cost on the consumer. The person who called just kept saying they were a good company and that they were sorry. After talking with her and explaining our feelings regarding the situation she offered to take $50 off. This is poor customer service!
