I bought a second-hand power window regulator from them, which was $50 more than another wrecker who didn't have it with him at the time. When I took it to a mechanic, he was able to fix the power windows without requiring to replace it. I went back to Commodore Falcon Autos to see if they would refund it. When I spoke to the guys, they laughed at each other as there was a "No refund" policy. Agreed that it was the case, I asked them if they were willing to give me something for it. One of the smart-alecs mentioned that you can get a hug and some homophobic comments. Judging by the reponse I was receiving, I retorted that they were bunch of "d**k heads". While I was leaving, the owner (assuming he was one with the glasses) decided to start getting racial about it. He told me that I should leave the country and I didn't belong there. I was better suited to riding a camel and when I get back to my "country" that I should tell them to not come to Australia. They chased me out with more abuse including islamic religion abuse.
When I called back to get his name so that I can do something legal about it, he told me his name was "Mohammed Mushtaq".
I have since gone back and taken the guys's photograph and will be pursuing this matter via WA Multicultural Society. I just need to record this xenophobic abuse.

This is absolutely laughable response. Yeah right ... good one. I was trying to steal. Really! That is just trying to distract from the main issue of racism.
As far police is concerned, I have already been to them and they were helpful to guide me to take the required steps to deal with this racist person. By now he should receive the letter from Human Rights Commission.
I have lived many a years and have never been a "trouble maker" and I don't think you even went to cops. I suppose you can add lying to your repertoire.
Just for the record, I had not been to the police before but felt compelled by your abusive behaviour to see them.
And for you being patriotic, you don't remotely resemble the general population of Australia, who are kind-hearted, respectful and helping kind. I think you are quite the opposite and judge people by his colour of skin or ethnicity.
In this instance, no one was trying to destroy the "Australian Way". You are way off. Australians Way is not to be racist. Full stop.

Just for record, please search on "commodore falcon auto" on this web site and there is another complaint that gives you another insight into the abusiveness of the character, who must think that he is some sort of gift to the land of Australia. Well, he lives in the sixties and he needs to realise this is not the old country that he craves for!

He must have failed at English a lot ... considering he was brought up in an English speaking country, here are some of the spelling / grammatical mistakes
"there" should "their" - when he writes "and that the police spend much of there working days"
bussiness - business
simaler - similar
distroy - destroy

And thinks he is intelligent. Maybe he is but certainly not very literate. Maybe he could take English lessons from me - a poor migrant to this country who can be abused.

Also note, intelligent people do not wish to punch people's head. So far I have established that he is a racist, liar and abusive (physically and verbally). I wait with anxiously to see what this person will do next.
Perhaps, I wonder whether I am wasting my time on this lunatic. So long sucker, don't try to reply back as I am very capable of replying back. I consider myself much more honest and upright citizen who has a lot of admiration for this country and this is not your country to tell me what I should do. You are the minority and hopefully, you will contain your views within yourself and don't go around abusing people because of their nationality. I am here to stay and if you don't like it, deal with it and not go around spreading you xenophobic poisonous and ignorant views in public.

PS: The next time you need a doctor / nurse / social worker / carer / police / teacher / fire fighter / volunteer who are not "white", I like to see you tell them that they are not welcome here. OR vice versa, you wouldn't want them to treat you differently because you hold these views. Always remember, "what goes around will always come around". Tread your path carefully!

The way I see it icu2, inspite of me being from a non-english speaking nation, I think I am much better than the potty-mouth of an owner at Commodore Falcon Autos.
Also, I had a quick look at some of your other comments on this site, and lol, you seem to regularly make spelling / grammatical mistakes. May be before 'you "OFFERING" to advice' me, let us stay relevant to the complaint over here. The gist of my retort was to display the intelligence of the so called Australian (certainly not native, might I add) is spreading xenophobic abuse in public and he needs to understand that he is not as high and mighty as he thinks.

To icu2,
Once again you are being vague and irrelevant to the subject matter. So far you haven't told me what is wrong (except telling me to "make sure yous is above reproach" and "Comprehension challenged". You may not appreciate my comprehension capabilities and that is your opinion. I am still trying to figure out what is it that you wish to convey. The message seems to be lost / hidden.
Anyway, I am sure you will reply to this as you seem to like to have the last word. Sure go for it. I may or may not reply depending upon whether it makes sense to reply to you.

We put a car in for a regular logbook service and we're told the brake pads need changing as well... Ok, that's cool.

When we picked the car up there was a "Handbrake Service Required" error on the dash that they were unable to remove.

Michael who is the owner said that basically that it wasn't his issue because he didn't have the proper tool to reset the error.
When we said that the error needed to be removed he told us to "[censored] off" because it's not his problem and walked away from us. As he was leaving he dropped his pants and flashed his fat white flabby arse at us.

That's the quality of the owners public relations service right there

I came to this workplace to have a 'low kilometer' engine installed into my commodore. They assured me it would only take 4 days. So i agree with the deal and go ahead and bring my car there. Upon entering the shop i felt kind of worried about leaving my car there. The workshop was very messy and looked like a complete danger. So they call me up 4 days later telling me i'll need to pay more money for a bunch of issues that were never mentioned from the set price i was given. So i end up paying a little over $200 so they could go ahead with the job. It took them about 6 days to completely install my new engine. I go to pick my car up and notice grease stains on my interior and on the bonnet. Very poorly presented. But i drive the car home and the engine was vibrating the whole car. I wake up the next morning to go out for a drive to find my driveway covered in oil. The new engine had several leaks and had some issues starting up in the morning. I called them up and asked if this was normal and if they could fix it. They simply replied "You paid for a new engine and you've now got a new engine.. We can't help you any further" I then had to take my car to a holden shop where their engineers fixed the leaks and that cost me over $700.

Australians tend to react when called ###s, especially when the person who calls staff members ###s was basically trying to steal from commodore falcon autos.
This character has been spoken to by the police and advised that he will be charged with trespassing if he steps foot on the property . Personally i'd rather punch his head a lot, however that is just a wish!
Interestingly the police were rather informative in that this person is know to them as a trouble maker and that the police spend much of there working days attending bussiness with simaler problems from this character.
My advice to fellow australian citizens is to stand your ground against people who want to intimidate and insult your intelligence. Ring the police and let them deal with the situation, advise your local MP and together with the amount of wasted police time our government may one day decide to educate those who are trying to distroy our australian way!
