Commissioner Alicia Blanco review: crooked judicial officer and a raging alcoholic 5

This reminds me of another very ILL-Reputed "judge" by the name of Michael Amerian.

"Judge" Michael Amerian currently sits on the bench in Van Nuys Superior Court, making absolutely prejudiced and bad decisions (Based on his bias instead of applying the law) in the civil division.

Judge (If that's what one would call this aberration) was appointed based NOT on his professionalism, not on his impartiality, certainly not on his ethics (ALL three of which he lacks) but solely as a token.

The Los Angeles courts needed more "inclusivity", so here his shipped came in. He was appointed solely as an affirmative action and "save face" move by our current unesteemed governor.

Need I say more?

Michael Amerian makes decisions and renders judgements based on word he receives from his other Good Ole Boy network aka other judges, whether he likes the color one litigant is wearing versus the other litigant, mostly for men (Let's leave his sexual orientation out of this, however this says all that needs to be said in that area), and so on.

This is the reasoning behind why he so much reminds many people (Victims) of "Judge" Alicia Blanco.

Apparently the bench needed more females--And this is why our same lowly Governor appointed her to the bench. It certainly was not for the professionalism and ability to be neutral, neither necessary qualities which she possesses. She, too, renders judgements based upon the state of her digestion, mental and emotional tolerance, and so on.

And she and Michael Amerian leave a very long trail of victims in their wake.

Judge Michael Amerian:

Make sure that, if he has been assigned to your case, that do the very easy but crucially required thing:

Simply fill out the two lines on the one simple form:

170.6 Preemptory Challenge and get him OFF of your case.

If you desire a fair outcome, you MUST do this immediatly within your time constraints.

Do it within your time constraints and he will be guaranteed to be OUT.

Don't do it and you will be guaranteed a big fat LOSS.

Judge Michael Amerian does not render rulings based on evidence provided, fairness, or justice.

"Judge" Alicia Blanco (Formerly commissioner Alicia Blanco) is unfit to serve in any public position, let alone as a judge.

Do an internet search of commissioner Alicia Blanco.

Her hundreds and hundreds of victims have posted their experiences of horror and injustice and her flagrant violations of procedural regulations and rights, all while she was a commissioner.

Alicia Blanco wreaked havoc in all court rooms where she was assigned.

The only and only reason that this raging narcissist and rule breaker and rights violator called Alicia Blanco has become a judge is, as someone else has posted, because she got a free ride from Gavin Newsome.

To first become a judge, one must be appointed. Therefore there is no voting.

And this is the only reason she became a judge.

If the public had had anything to do with this decision, Alicia Blanco would not have ever been allowed anywhere near the bench to serve as a so-called judge.

Alicia Blanco ABUSES her power as a judicial officer. She does NOT believe in fairness or partiality.

She has caused extreme amounts of damages to large amounts of people.

Alicia Blanco makes rulings based on her raging ego-Namely, she makes rulings that cause the maximum degree of suffering to people , both defendants and complainants, in order to satisfy her own personal desires to make said people suffer, because she feels she CAN.

Alicia Blanco is not the first or last corrupt official, however I strongly believe that she will eventually (Hopefully sooner than later) be met with her just rewards in the form of legal consequences and loss of her unesteemed career.

Alicia Blanco is a monster. Make no mistake.

Alicia Blanco is given to screeching temper tantrums and, at other times (In a measured and smirking manner) rulings that spite the victim before her.

If you find yourself before her and don't necessarily witness her juvenile tantrum that day, don't feel safe, as there is NEVER safety in the presence of this maniac.

Alicia Blanco doesn't have to melt in a puddle of rage (Although she has been seen to do so on the bench) to cause said harm.

She makes the decisions, after all.

She can and DOES bust out with her arbitrary, negative, indeed harmful rulings even when she's calm.

The best advice for any defendant is the following:

The very moment (And most definitely in LESS than 10 calendar days) of her being assigned to your case, exercise your one and only right to a Preemptive Challenge AND ESILY (AS IN AUTOMATICALLY) GET ALICIA BLANCO OFF OF YOUR CASE.

DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR ATTORNEY.COUNSEL ON THIS ONE.

This is one instance in which you must personally make the decision that she needs to and will be removed from your case and your case re-assigned to a different judge.

To have this biased, egomaniacal monster on your case is to have each and every absolute right violated and the need for endless barrage of appeals and nonstop paperwork and a sure lose on your case.

Since these FACTUAL postings by so many of Alicia Blanco's VICTIMS, this woman has been appointed "judge."

Yes, can you believe that ?

However, the only reason this individual has been appointed judge, despite her absolute lack of objectivity, LACK OF ETHICS, LACK OF TEMPERAMENT, AND LACK OF SKILLS, is because a judgeship is initially an appointed position. Newsome did her a favor by appointing her. That should speak volumes ( In an extremely negative manner ).

After this, she can only remain a judge if she's voted in as such.

In view of all of the many major concerns with Alicia Blanco (She does NOT deserve the title of her "honor," as such a corrupt, BIASED, toxically narcissistic individual has no business presiding over criminal matters or any matters pertaining to peoples' fates, not to mention her LACK of honor) and the facts that sociopaths never become better or even stay the same, because they only become progressively WORSE, let's make sure that Alicia Blanco does not make the next voting term.

Remember, Alicia Blanco could be presiding over and making harmful decisions in the next case of your loved one or someone else who matters.

It took me a very long time to reach the point to relay my experience with Alicia Blanco, who I consider to be a destructive individual, and dangerous to the people who appear before her. Out of consideration for other people who might appear before her, I should have posted this long before now.

I complained about Commissioner Blanco’s behavior to the Judicial Counsel Review Board after she dropped a restraining order I had against a former unstable girlfriend, but who enforced a restraining order against myself based on allegations she made, that she never provided evidence for to the court. Commissioner Blanco became highly irritated with my pointing out that my former girlfriend fabricated her accusations, never provided the evidence she claimed, and could not have had evidence she claimed, based on several contradictory dates she gave. Blanco simply replied “it doesn’t matter if she has evidence or not (!). I asked Blanco repeatedly to adjudicate as to whether she took these unproven allegations as evidence or not, and she informed me that she would not be doing that, as “it didn’t matter whether her allegations occurred or not”. Again, incredible, but true.
When I complained about her to the Judicial Counsel, they replied with the standard “court discretion” blanket response, that the judge in a case has court discretion to decide as they wish, regardless of facts or evidence. This means that a judge can do whatever they want with impunity, with no justification or oversight.
So the Judicial Counsel is completely meaningless as a governing board over judges in the Superior Court. They are paid an obscene amount of money, and consist of former judges who move to this Counsel after retiring from their positions on Superior Court. No conflict of interest there.

While waiting for my case to be heard, Blanco actually caused a woman in another case she was presiding over to have a nervous breakdown, as the woman's estranged husband had been constantly harassing her, sending her pictures of his penis, and sexually harassing her, and Blanco still allowed him to stay in the same house with her! This should have been a huge red flag for me Not to have my case heard by Blanco, who seems to pick sides immediately, and lose her temper and explode if you disagree with any of her statements to defend yourself. This poor woman had a nervous breakdown after Blanco ruled that her estranged husband could continue to share the house with her, after all of his sexual harassment of her that the woman showed the court. Blanco’s decisions seem to have no rhyme or reason based on law or public safety, and showed no sensitivity to this woman who proved sexual harassment by her openly hostile, estranged husband.

By the way, here is something the Van Nuys courthouse does Not tell you, even though they have a legal obligation to inform you: When you “sign in”, you are actually signing away your rights to be heard by a real judge. Do Not Do This! You have the right to have your case heard by an actual judge, not by an unexperienced and apparently unstable person like Alicia Blanco.

Don’t sign in, and tell them you want your case heard by a judge, not a commissioner. I wish someone had told me this at the time.

If Alicia Blanco actually does become a real judge, god help the people who appear before her.

Based on other horror stories I have read, I feel guilty about not sharing my extremely unpleasant experience with Alicia Blanco long before now.

I have domestic abuse from my ex husband and the commissioner Alicia Yoko Blanco denied the restraining order.
I provided 3 witnesses and evidence and she didn't care about my safety and how I feel.
She is not a good Judge she is not doing a good job and she doesn't care if a kid has been abused or about the women rights that were abused.
Alicia Y. Blanco is not fair by applying justice.
The Family Court needs a better Judge than Alicia Yoko Blanco.
