Commercial Waste Disposal review: Debt not owed

I canceled trash pickup with republic services when my bill went from 56 dollars to 108 dollars . The next billing cycle began on July 1st, 2022. I called repeatedly and they never answered the phone. I canceled 3 times by U. S. Mail. I finally got someone in Mayfield, KY on the phone and she said it was canceled.

I paid a new trash pickup company which began on July 1st. Republic never picked up my trash after June.

They started sending bills of 166.76.

I finally got someone to answer the phone and she said they don't accept cancelation except by phone. She acknowledged that they had the cancelation by mail. They can't decide I have to cancel by phone. They have now turned this over to a collection agency called, Coast to Coast Financial Solutions

I want them to stop. I don't owe for something I never got.
