Comet Cleaners review: Dry cleaners

I dropped of 1 custom made men's suit and 1 store bought women's suit at Comet Cleaners located at 18208 Preston RD # D-14 Dallas, TX 75252 in June 2022. I continued using Comet Cleaners as usual dropping of and picking up our clothing. I realized missing a certain suit early September 2022. I asked the usual clerk if I had any items other than what I picked up and she said no.

On September 24, 2022, a different clerk waited on me and after processing payment for two orders she discovered that indeed there was a missing order (884364). She asked the clerk that usually takes in the clothing for assistance, she attempted to find the suits but did not. The clerk explained to me that they would look through the closed circuit recording to see if the suits were taken in. When I returned the following week, the usual clerk verified taking in the missing suits. At that time, she instructed me to contact the owner of the establishment to resolve the issue.

I have called the number provided multiple times for over a month leaving several messages for the owner to contact me with no response as of today.
