Racism in Columbia County Georgia - CNN iReport: The Columbia County School System is committed to NOT providing the best educators for our kids, wrongfully firing good teachers, encouraging excessive discriminatory policies to discourage good teachers from remaining in the teaching field. Horrible & Racist Schools and a lousy board of education, incompetent & racist school administrators- that actively enforce racial & job discrimination, deliberately designing unfair school polices that make it harder for African-American men to become certified or hired teachers, excluding good minority teachers from making a positive impact in our schools, and helping to educate children in need of quality education, that is one of many reasons why our school system keeps failing!
