Columbia Asthma and Allergy review: Billing Dept not doing their job therefore causing damage on my side

I go to Columbia Asthma and Allergy in Oakland CA. After some time, this year I met my deductible catastrophic cap. My insurance paid this company and last two payments the billing never cashed which in turn 90 days later the checks became void and the money back to my insurance which in turn made my deductible not met. Meaning my insurance has to have money go out to clear my account. My insurance stated that all they had to do was to refile the claims and CASH THE CHECKS. So how much other money are they sitting on. So, this has made this issue a callosal mess for me causing more stress more doctors coming after me for payments that are not owed all because of this billing dept, I have called and called 20 times and left messages and texts talked with the operator over days and no call returned. Now I have kept other doctors waiting and getting calls and mail against me for payment again that I do not owe and even this company billing me. This takes my money away God forbid if I had to get a check back. I cannot even get my medication without paying for it I do not have the money for this. This is all because of the billing dept not doing their job. This is not professional especially not calling people
