CoinW review: Purchased coins missing in coinw platform

I found this CoinW exchange from CoinmarketCap when i look for JPC coins. i then started to invested in the coin since Jun 2023. The total units i bought was 36773.46 units. The record was found in the platform 'order history'. This week, i noticed there is an issue with JPC coin. so i quickly login to the platform and checked and noticed that my transactions history are all wipe off/missing. i can only see the last purchase transaction.

I quickly contacted their customer service since then. They asked me to show the screenshot but the problem is i can't see anything else and i had explained to them and asked how can the trade history or 'order history' just went missing like that. The only balance that i can see was around 20k units. I had told them there is a missing of 10k units.

But they keep asking me to show the proof/screenshot which they had already removed or deleted. i had used other exchange platform before, they will ether provide transaction history from the exchange or report. But for this CoinW, they can simply remove/erase the transaction history and there is no way to recover even if you contact them. i understand that they delist the coin JPC but they cant erased all my previous trade record. they can clearly see the fund i depositted into their account and i only used it for JPC coins. But now they got back to me that whatever i see is what i have. i strongly believe that this is a scam platform and shouldn't be listed or recommened in any major crypto platofrm. i hope there is no any other victims from this platform
