Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to make a formal with your department, I am a United Kingdom Citizen and invested $1000 Dollars in a company based in Florida through Bitcoin virtual money on the 16'th September 2022 last week.
I have all the relevant emails, WhatsApp messages and my transfer records through my trust wallet that was made to this company which I believe is fraudulent company, I am a victim of an investment fraud, because I made a investment of $1000 and today 22nd September 2022, the company again asked me for $3000 dollars to upgrade which made me Suspicious of this companies' activities, As I'm yet to receive any profits from this company and they are asking me for more money.
I would be very grateful to you if you can help me recover my money from this company, while I write this complaint to you, I am also in contact with the company, the company has a website to lure innocent people to invest with their platform and then fraud them out of their hard-earned money. The Lady who advised me on WhatsApp is apparently registered broker/investment advisor.
I would be grateful to you if you can help me recover my money and close this company and website down for defrauding innocent people like myself. I have not made them aware that i am making a complaint with your department, in order for you to investigate this website and for you to recover my funds deposited with this trading company/private exchange.
I am in the United Kingdom and the company is in the United States, I would be grateful if you help me please. I have all the evidence which I am not able to attach with this complaint, once my complaint is registered I will be able to provide all the evidence.

Coinbily is a complete con artist. I have lost up to $10,000 to fraud.I attempted to communicate with the customer service representative, but they kept mentioning tax fees, which I had already paid twice. As time went on, I figured this was a scam.
