The stores hired a bunch of rude folks out of town at 6255 Sunset Blvd. In Hollywood with no regard for customers. They don't even care about us, you know? It's like they're just there to take our money and not give a damn about how we feel. I mean, come on, is it too much to ask for a little bit of respect?

And don't even get me started on the coffee. It's nothing special, just your average joe. I've had better coffee at my grandma's house, and she's been making it the same way for years. It's like they don't even put any effort into making it taste good.

But hey, if you're into fancy-schmancy drinks with a million different flavors, then maybe this place is for you. They've got all these weird concoctions that I can't even pronounce. I just want a simple cup of coffee, not some overpriced milkshake with a hint of caffeine.

And let's not forget about the prices. Holy moly, they're through the roof! I could buy a whole bag of coffee beans for the price of one of their fancy drinks. It's like they think they're some kind of high-end coffee shop or something. Newsflash, guys, you're not fooling anyone.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this place. There are plenty of other coffee shops out there that actually care about their customers and serve up a decent cup of joe. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere else to get your caffeine fix.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the bomb, man! Their coffee is so tasty and their customer service is super friendly. Our favorite spot is in Brea, California. They have the most awesome drinks, like seriously cool ones and sweet blended ones too. It's like heaven in a cup, you know what I mean?

Coffee here is alright, but the decor at Starbucks is way more welcoming, with a better vibe and a brighter look. You can easily spot more folks hanging out at Starbucks compared to this joint.

Hey there! Just wanted to share my thoughts on the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf located at *** West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, California ***!

So, today I decided to treat myself to their Caprese Sandwich and a refreshing Vanilla Latte Over Ice. Let me tell you, the food and drink always taste so darn good that I can't resist coming back for more. I mean, seriously, I keep coming back for a reason, like that time on Sunday, July 9th, 2023.

I gotta say, this place never disappoints. The flavors are always on point, and the quality is top-notch. It's like they have some kind of magic touch when it comes to making delicious food and drinks. I can't get enough of it!

By the way, I'm Howard Paul Shore, an executive, volunteer writer, and promoter for Google Maps and Tripadvisor websites. I'm just a regular customer who loves sharing my experiences with others. So, trust me when I say that this place is worth a visit.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf used to be a pretty good business run by Americans, you know? But then it got bought by some foreigners from the Philippines, and let me tell you, things went downhill real fast. The products they serve are just plain average, nothing to write home about, you know what I mean? And don't even get me started on the workers there. They can be so mean and nasty, especially to us Americans. It's like they have something against us or something.

Now, let me tell you about this whole DEI thing they got going on. It's like they rule the place with an iron fist. If you don't have the right skin color or sexual orientation, they treat you like dirt. It's just not right, you know? And get this, they even mix tap water with their coffee! Can you believe that? It's like they're trying to ruin our coffee experience on purpose.

Oh, and don't even think about using their restroom. There's only one, and it's always locked. And if you dare try to use it, one of their rowdy customers might try to break down the door. It's a dangerous situation, let me tell you. And if you manage to escape the restroom alive, the snobby staff will just make things worse. They'll harass and harm you, like they have no regard for human decency.

And let's not forget about accessibility. This place is definitely not ADA compliant. They don't care about people with disabilities at all. It's like they want to exclude them or something. It's just not right, you know?

And to top it all off, the Wifi there is a joke. It never works properly, so don't even bother trying to connect. It's just a waste of time, really.

So, my advice to you is to stay far away from this place. It's not worth risking your safety or sanity. Find somewhere else to get your coffee fix, somewhere that actually values their customers and provides a decent experience. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would post it 1000 times. I don't usually go to Coffee Bean, for I usually go to Starbucks. Today was an exception going to Coffee Bean, only because I was with my family at a tourist area visiting the Mission Inn Festival of Lights. I am an ER nurse and I know all about patient satisfaction or at least customer service and it's all about having patience... it's my job! Nurses also have one of the most honest jobs! So I am not here to personally attack anyone or personally attack a business... I am totally honest because I visited this place, made a huge order, and am completely upset that I was totally disrespected by the staff! Sadly, the supposed manager who happens to be a heavyset/obese Caucasian female wearing black lipstick was the one who is making me have to come down to this and make a long a$s review!

After having a nice walk around the beautiful scenery of the Mission Inn Festival of Lights, my whole family and I (group of 7) had a bite to eat and wanted to relax and look around some more after with a few warm drinks... the nearest walking distance was The Coffee Beanery. As I wait about 15 minutes in line for about 6 warm drinks, I already saw the unhappy aura coming from the barista/staff, I immediately had empathy and understood that they were not having a good day with all these customers and so little staff. I didn't mind the wait. I waited for my drinks and even walked up to the side of the counter to wait for my drinks and gave the heavyset female barista a smile. She didn't react, she appeared diaphoretic and was unkempt looking. I wanted to say something to make her smile but just brushed it off...

My drinks were laid out on the counter after she was finished with them, I simply asked politely if she had any cup holders only because I did order 6 drinks, and my whole family was outside of the store. The small counter was already filled, and I didn't want to lose my drinks, so I hollered out through the window to my brother for help. In a rude monotone voice, she said, "Sorry no."

I'm not asking for her to kiss my foot and sprinkle glitter over my head all while saying these words! All I ask is for her to be kind and at least let me feel better! I brushed it off... again I'm very patient.

As my brother and aunt came in to help, I was confused on which drink belonged to whom. I ordered 6 drinks! I wanted a simple explanation and was still very polite. When I asked for a little help, she gave me a HORRIBLE attitude and said, "It's already all labeled." The drinks were truly labeled but she had very bad writing too. Her "HC" for hot cocoa looked like an upside-down 4L. Her "HL" for Hazelnut Latte looked like 4T... etc... all in all, I was unable to read it all, end of story... when I asked if she could explain it all again to me... she completely ignored me this time and just shook her head.

This time I became upset. Never in my life have I barged out carrying 4 drinks in my arms and completely embarrass myself in an upscale crowd. Not only that, my family was wondering what was going on when I came out of the store! I also found that they have called two security guards because they were petty with their work.

This whole experience with The Coffee Beanery is upsetting. I was so upset because it ruined the time I had with my family and we all left early. I came back into The Coffee Beanery to get a business card and the staff refused to give any names. All in all, not the end of this story... I will go to the district about this. It's NOT okay to treat people this way only because you have a job that you don't like.

I have left emails to corporate, left Yelp, Google, and other website reviews on this specific location at 3712 Mission Ave. Riverside, CA. I have also left a complaint on the way the barista handled my family's drinks at the BBB website. My big family and I have been group texting each other about this experience & we all will be doing the same process of leaving emails and reviews until I speak to a corporate/district manager or franchise owner of the location who doesn't think this situation is a joke.
