I wanted to purchas Adobe cs3 online. I found this site and there price was very resonable. I gave them my credit card no. submitted it and the link that came up next was blank but they made sure to send me an email letting me no they charged my account 94.70.
There home page doesn't have a phone no. but they do have a contact email. I have been sending them emails till i'm blue in the face but they havn't reponded so far and ite been 10 days now. So i went to the bank and disputed the charges. All i want them to do is give me what i paid for. I received no receipt or transaction and certainly no murchandice. Signed David Scott

Exact same thing happened to me. I bought SQL license on 12/24/2009. No reply from them and there is no way to contact them except the contact us form. --Sameer
Same here. I also filed a report with the online fraud division. I did not receive Adobe Audition which I ordered and paid 74.70 for. My bank was unable to retrieve these funds. I've sent them numerous emails as well to no avail. It's very frustrating to be ripped off online. But I plan to continue to pursue them with any information and avenues I can muster up. Sorry you are going through the same thing.
If you haven't already, go to: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx to file your complaint if you haven't already. They are obviously in business to rip off a lot of people. They should be shut down and tried before a jury before others have to experience there illegal dealings.
