On the 23rd of December 2021, I bought INECTO passion palm at one of your stores in parklands.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because instead of dying my hair the desired colour which is passion palm, it dyed it black. I am most disappointed because when I returned back to the store to explain the problem I was mistreated by the manager who was not only rude but racist and told me that such products don't work on African hair, and as far as I am concerned this is not the first time your stores have had such accusations... this was not my first time using this product, I have used it before at it worked perfectly but this time around your store did not meet the requirements
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if firstly you refund me or give me a new product but mostly I would appreciate if you trained your employees in a way that they act ethically
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until the 10th of January 2022 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at...
