Fraud company.
I have joined this company 6 months back . but still i have not been placed on any project... and i have not been paid even a single dollar till date.. Height of exploitation.
I also have a few friends working for this company and never heard a good word about the company. they say that the employer is so rude he doesnt even take calls . he promises something at the time of joining and never stands on his words...
Its better u guyz stay unemployed rather than joining these type of companies and making them richer by us doing all the hardwork and getting paid lesser.
plz stay away from this company CLERYSYS INC. he is a big time fraud

Taking caution deposits and not returning!
A company called Clerysys Inc collected caution deposit saying that the money will be returned on below two condition
1) if H1B is not approved or
2) H1B is approved and on arrival to U.
Unfortunately as per their terms my H1B is not approved and Now they are refusing to return the deposit. I am trying to talk to them from four months and every day they will tell some story or they will not lift the phone. Below are the details of the company. Whether some one can advise how can i take this to proper authorities, this is to ensure that no one should loose like me

A very sincere advice to all the guyz willing to join clerysys...beware of the risk involved in joining this company...Its easy to get a job but not easy to get out of the trap once u are in it..
Before joining :- The boss of the company will talk to u guyz as if this is the most outstanding company in the world and u r the most talented person. he will be so polite and understanding that u will be wanting to join this company.
After joining:- He will never take ur calls. company will start exploiting u guyz. will not pay what they promised u. will make u feel that he did a favour of a lifetime by taking u in his company.
So its advisable not to JOIN CLERYSYS INC...There are many companies in the market who r 10000 times better than this one...i would not advice anyone to join this company even if this is the last option.

Plz dont get into the trap of clerysys Inc...I have been working for this company for a very long time ...This company makes all false promises and does not give you any document in writing...they willl make u sign all sorts of documents..
They first at the time of joining promise a lot of things but once u join the company u r trapped...The Hr team and the boss are big time players...they never stand on thier word...plz be careful before u get into tis kind of trap...
before u join the company take all promises that they make in writing as proofs ...
there are million other consulting companies...better join them than taking Risk with this company

i dont think clerysys is a hoax. i have been offered and now waiting for my H1B result.
they didn't ask me of any security deposit. i just submitted all my documents, tedious yes, but the job is worthwhile.
i will be working as SAP consultant. im not sure though if the salary they gave me is enough for the kind of lifestyle in chicago.
and also, i was given two options for the salary
1 - fixed amount of salary regardless if there is a project or none
2 - a higher salary than the first offer but if bench, will only get allowance.
it's a good negotiation with them. you just have to be open on all the possible options there might be.
i hope to be working with them.
is there anyone here who accepted offer from clerysys and got H1B approvals yet?

I am also one of the aspirant and going through the same process from Clerysys but as of now i havnet asked any deposit amt.. can you share when do they ask for it?
I would also like to know whats the general / Hr rate do they offer as per exp & Role ..any statistics?>
Also if one is on bench ..meaning yet to find any prject..do they provide any trg etc. to enhance the skill sets of resources..?

understand the contract carefully.
check the contract...read the contract carefully...before you sign...you will notice that fixed monthly salary is written there...BUT...upon verification from HR or Clerysys...you will be paid not monthly salary at all, , , , however project based, commission based, , , or to make the story short...if you cant manage to make your client believe in you...NO PAY...
but at least Clerysys will still provide you free lodging, free groceries, , , , hmmmmmm do you still want it?

I was too offered by Clerysys but until now I am not able to provide my documents. The deadline is tomorrow latest and this is not easy task since I am still working here in the Philippines and printing, scanning of documents is really tedious as it needs a lot of time and effort to take care of those. To software engineer, could you please help me to understand further what will be my job with Clerysys? Though I know few consultants on how they will perform and what they are getting from the company but I need to understand further and be clarified since this is my first time to really go in US and have a job. Please help me before going through all of this process.

Yes, I agree same thing with me, they are asking for a security deposit. If you are not asked then good for you! I guess they using selection on who will pay or who will not.

Mr Natraj whom you have employed is fraudster and a thief. anyone associates with mr natraj balasubramanian will regret. he WILL defraud you, take your IP and clients and money and scoot. he says he was a fighter pilot in the indian air force? see the link. he was a navigator. a guy who gives water and serves breakfast to the pilots and carries their flight bag. in the days of gps navigators are good for that. his company clerysis has many negative reviews and there too he took our deposit money and never returned. he joined a paid course in harvard with falsifying information and data. check with harvard. he claimed he was a fighter pilot and had same fake images to show.

This guy Natraj Balasubramanian is a is a big fraud. These guys exploit their employees big time. It's been five months we have not been paid. Excuse Raj as he calls himself gives is there poor fund flow. This guy and his companies is out to exploit people gullible suckers. These fakers are out to earn quick bucks and run. Hope IRS catches up with him and puts him in jail, the place where he deserves to be.
I worked with Clerysys for almost 2 years and another friend of mine continues to work from the same consultancy and they have been very fair with us always.
Guyz Dont worrry, I heard about Clerysys is good company. The fault is yours.
i completely agree with you all. i have been a victim of these guys attrocities. Now i have decided to complain to USCIS about each and every single issue that they have created to me.
I want to teach them a lesson .
Dude, The clerysys Inc, CEO's actual name is Natraj Balasubramanian and not Raj Balasubramanian, He uses Raj to avoid Natraj as he uses this name with Yash Technologies Inc.
