Clera/FM Windows and Doors review: defective patio door and shoddy installation 1

Clera admitted the patio door was defective and told me to replace it and they would give me a refund. I replaced the door and now Clera is reneging on our agreement. The door had no efficiency coating on the glass, or no e-argon between the panes, so the heat came through the glass and immediately faded my belongings and curtains. The vinyl on the inside of the door started to turn brown, because of inferior materials used in the extrusion process. The door was installed incorrectly to cut corners, and it was installed lower than my deck, with no place for the water to drain off. The water leaked down the foundation, and sat on the sill, and froze and caused extensive cracks in my foundation. It also leaked back into the house, leaving water marks on my draperies and carpets. They removed a platform the previous door sat on, so the new door sat right on the concrete, causing the door to heat up in summer and be colder in winter. I am pursuing them in court, given they lost two other cases in my city, that I am aware of and settled numerous other ones out of court. What their tactic is, is to promise people a refund, then drag the process out so they can then say you are over the two year limitation period to take them to court, and run away laughing without giving you the refund. They did this to others in my city that I have talked to. I hope everyone will take this disreputable company to Small Claims Court and shut them down, given the number of terrible complaints against them about their defective products and incorrect installations. Oh yes, and the President threatened me with a slander lawsuit if I told anyone about my bad experience. Bring it on. See you in court.
