I ordered a trial of Clearlift http://www.clearliftultra.com/index.php and my card was debited with $US12.90.

When I looked at my credit card statement a few days later an amount of $US48.92 had been debited from my card on the same day by Ultifreshwell, this amount was not authorised.

I have now had to cancel my credit card and file a dispute which could take up to 4-8 weeks according to Citibank.

I will try to contact Farend Services Limited 3 Athinodorou Street, 2025 Dasoupoli,
Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.(ClearLift PO Box 10276 Des Moines, Iowa 50381 United States) who trade as Clearlift, but do not hold any hope of a good outcome.

I and another hundreds of customers have been conned by company worldfitnessclub.com which used domain : clearliftultra.com to trap hundreeds of people into hidden membership of worldfitnessclub.com
Clearliftultra.com is not exist any more: hundreds of customers do not remember approval of fitness club membership, while paying at clearliftultra.com for just shipping of free bottle with sample of facial cream. worldfitnessclub, who made unauthorised withdraws recons, that hundreds of customers missed some fine print on the bottom of the terms and conditions, but they also made impossible for poor victims to check out if this fine print ever existed. after some complaints to fbi, worldfitnessclub.com removed their secret tool and con weapon : clearliftultra.com
after I was twice charged by fitnessclub, my credit card support member told me that fitnessclub used different account names to draw money, so victims like me could not truck them down.
its not coincident that hundreds of customers ended up with unproved memberships and its not coincident that page with fatal payment option, do not exist any more.
Http://www.insidersecretstips.com/ which is also part of membership is under constructions : the buttons is unclickable!

Hello,

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  our

Goal is not to inconvenience our customers. the terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page,

They are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card

Information was entered. there is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a

Separate window. customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of

Our customers. of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site,

We are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us. we have always honored our

30-day guarantee and will continue to do so.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. our u.s.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day

Of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. simply call us at

(888)-6/7/6-4122 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

Thanks,
Shane k smith

It's interesting to note that the copied and pasted standard responses, presumably from representatives of the companies concerned, have disappeared.

I've reported the whole sorry business to the uk office of fair trading and to a cross border agency that deals with underhand/misleading/unfair trading.

I ordered the clear lift ultra 'free trial' but never received it. following issue of a cancellation number I maintain that no contract exists between myself, clear lift ultra (the supplying company) or any other parties to whom my personal information has been passed. therefore, I also maintain any unauthorized payments withdrawn from my credit card account is theft. "taking money with no intention of supplying goods." I have received no form of communication from the companies attempting to withdraw funds and, therefore, have no opportunity to question them or cancel any contracts they may, mistakenly, think I have with them.

The original advertisement from which I ordered no longer exists, neither do the terms & conditions that I dispute. one copied and pasted post on this site claimed the terms and conditions were placed right above the 'order form.' not so - I have a screen shot that shows no such thing.

My simplified understanding of "a contract" is that one party suppies goods and/or services; the other party pays for them. this has certainly not been my experience. no goods supplied; money taken potentially for the remainder of my lifetime = theft in my book.
