Dear Sir or Madam,

On 08/12/2022, I bought Cryptocurrency, smart contract for £9337.00 from Clear junction suport company using my Revolut charge card.

I am claiming that Clear junction suport company are in breach of contract because I was contactable via email and phone by clearjunction support, company, they sent an email, that there is a contract in my name with the amount of £4500, and for this the same amount must be paid to get the money back, after which they asked for twice or the payment of some commissions, to transfer the money back, continuing with the same story, the same amount of money and refusing to transfer it to me, at least my money back paid from my reversed card : "Clear Junction Support" To: "[protected]@yahoo.com" Cc: Sent: Wed, 7 Dec 2022 at 12:38 Subject: Smart-contract on Blockchain Dear Zoica-Monica, As a result of your business dealings on trading online, you were registered with the Investment compensation Fund of EC and CYSEC. The communication I've had with the retailer/provider is: I called on wattage, via email ,the solution was they will refund a part of money because was they mistake, they make same transaction in tree transaction, but should be in one,my money never get back, I did report to the revolut card,the answer was ,they can't do this awaiting for enforcement police fraud report,I did report to all another company, then looking, manage my money, they response was is an fake fishing, and they can't do anything with it .

Under the Chargeback Scheme rules, I would like a refund for this service for this item.

I would be grateful if you could respond within 14 days.
