Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Scattered Site. review: Management / maintenance

I was relocated to a scattered site because of renovation and I chose to stay because I like the area. Well for first maintenance come in your house and never does the work always saying they will return never do.. Then I have neighbors that live about me and it's several entrance into the building and for some reason or another they slam every door to be annoying they make glass items in my home rattle and it's all day and night.. When you try and speak to the manager nothing is done.. It seems that only thing places want is the rent property managers, and maintenance never seem to do what they get paid for. I called in a water leak aug 12, 22 but no one arrived till 8-21-22 seen where wall bubbled and split but never returned when said to be back next day. After having me to sign they shower up. I believe someone needs to do better no one should pay rent large or small to live in certain environments where neighbors in the area and. Not living in the place have concerns... It's bad
