Cinch review: Air conditioner maintenance/cinch warranty

Cinch stated they did not have any service providers to do an HVAC maintenance check on the air conditioner. We were given a form to complete after we pick our own provider and then we were told to submit the invoice. We followed the instructions, emailed the form, and the receipt on 6/16/23. No payment has been received. Called Cinch July 24 they stated yes it was received but accounting needs more documentation. When asked why we were not notified there was no answer. When asked what more do they need besides the completed form we were provided, the model number and the receipt, we were told he didn't know but someone would contact us. The information was provided on June 15 we are now over 30 days, no email, call has been received from cinch and we have not received reimbursement for the work completed. There process is to not communicate, tell you someone will contact you and then they do not. You are then required to call them back and go through the same process again, with the end result of nothing other then they will contact you.

4/13/23 was the beginning of the issues with Cinch home warranty service: I was given a sub-par service provider - provider was rated 1 star multiple appointments some he forgot, brought parts, couldn't stay to verify if oven was fixed. 5/15 Provider closed out the job saying he needed to get paid, and that if the oven still isn't working I had to call the warranty back to re-open the case. We called and was told they would transfer this to internal team and they would get back with us. ( that is code for we will hang up and you will need to call back again). 5/16 no return call we reached out and were given another horrible service provider he came out 5/23 ordered a part, then after ordering another part- he never contacted us or returned any calls to schedule a time to replace the part. I called and left voicemails June 6,7,9,&12 to get an appointment to install the part and the provider never returned or answered any calls. Called Cinch they reached out to the provider said I needed to wait 24 hours for them to call back. this occurred 2 times I stated we have waited weeks finally gave us to a case manager June 13. Issue not rectified. Each time we call cinch same response no case manager available will call you back in 24 hours which does not happen. 7/24 &25 called response the same manager will call you back. The oven is still broken as of 7/25. I have spent no less then 1 hour each call for no solution and no one interested in fixing the oven or dealing with the issues.

Oven has been broken since April now it is July. All parts have been replaced by sub par contractors that are rated 1 star or less. And then the follow through to get assistance with Cinch is a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone and feel there pretend service is to tell people if there is an issue that they will escalate or have a manager contact you, when in fact there is no follow through.It shouldn't be that difficult to communicate with a company whose sole purpose is to fix things when the are not working.
